Excellent service beautiful selection. Highly recommend PJ's. Mum moms funeral was many years ago, PJ's were delivering flowers from other people for the wake. The florist that was picked fo beloved wife and mom, wrote on the ribbons in marker, PJ's saved the day and replace the ribbon and the flowers weren't even from PJ's. I will never forget this and always recommend PJ's. read more

Absolutely horrible flowers and customer service! Avoid at all cost. I ordered flowers for my Aunt on Mother's Day. On the day the flowers were delivered, some were already dying. Five days later, almost all flowers died. I've attached photos of the flowers when they first arrived and 5 days after. I sent the florist photos to show the unacceptable quality and requested for new flowers, however, I was met with a very argumentative lady saying that my Aunt should have called them when she first received the flowers, replaced the water, etc. The florist accused me of not showing her the photo of the flowers on the day they arrived, and it was only when I sent her the same photo with the date stamp did she offer to give me a 50% refund. The florist/lady was rude and did not take responsibility for the unacceptable quality of her flowers. She placed the blame on my Aunt for not complaining about the flowers, which is mind-blowing. The florist should have never used dying flowers in the first place! I only knew of the quality of the flowers since I asked my Aunt if she was enjoying them a couple of days ago. My aunt was too shy to tell me that the flowers I sent looked horrible. :( They ruined my Mother's Day gift and had terrible customer service! I had such an awful phone conversation with the lady/florist. I'm quite upset. How easy could it have been for her to say that the flowers they sent are not reflective of their standards and that they would send new flowers. Instead, my Aunt was blamed for not complaining about the quality of the flowers when they first arrived! Again, mind-blowing. read more

Fantastic florist! I hate using those big teleflorist or online options. I love calling locals and supporting small businesses. I like chatting about my options not looking at pics online and I'm so happy I called PJs. I'm on the opposite coast but needed someone local in NJ. They were so personable and instantly knew what to do for me, chatted with me and gave me great options, and the sympathy basket and flowers we sent to a coworker were great! One word.....pathetic. Had a wedding and they wanted to know when they could get into the building and a time was agreed on. They showed up 50 minutes later after I had to call asking where they were and reminding them when the ceremony started so they wouldn't be around for pre-ceremony pics. Individual then is hemming and hawing about issues with flower placement, etc., even though bride took and sent pictures. It would have been good if they came and saw the venue rather than assume.....their fault. Completely unprofessional to let someone wait over 50 minutes to arrive. Complete disregard for others times and schedules.....totally disrespectful. If they are cheaper than others, there's a good reason. Go with someone else if your event is important and you want a level of professionalism that this florist can't deliver. read more

My husband Surprised me with the most stunning Bouquet of Flowers for our wedding anniversary. The flowers are just stunning And blooming with beautiful roses,orchids,calilies and much more! As I'm writing this post it's close to a week since delivery and they're still fresh. I don't know what their secret is over at PJ's but I'm so happy with the Quality and freshness and fragrance of this beautiful bouquet. I highly recommend PJ town Florist.. HORRIBLE. I purchased a boutonnière for my brother's prom night. The rose was obnoxiously humongous. It broke off while he was seated en route. I went to the florist the following day w/ the broken boutonnière & pictures showing the mishap. She was totally unaccommodating & unapologetic. I've never dealt with any business with such a callous attitude towards a paying customer; Very snarky. **When I commented how embarrassing & untimely it was (he wasn't even able to take ANY photos properly accented), her reply was a mere shrug,"I can't be responsible for what happens." Oh. Really? Multiple excuses for the malfunction were given, but no responsibility taken.** I would NEVER recommend anyone going here if you want work of any quality. I'm taking my business elsewhere & recommend you do the same. If I could, I'd give them ZERO stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

I called to order a bouquet of flowers for an 80th birthday gift. I have not seen the flowers, but the recipient called to rave about how beautiful it was! She described a bouquet that looked just the way I ordered it. Of three area florists that I called Pj's returned my call promptly and was able to make a Saturday local delivery with no additional charge. Awesome service!!! read more

I used this florist on Valentines Day in 2016. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm a flower connisuer of sorts and my old florist, which was incredible, relocated, so I needed to find a new place. This one proved to be a very competent replacement. I highly recommend it, despite the two negative reviews preceeding mine, which I'm sure were authored by competitors. read more

After spending a great deal of time searching for a Valentine's Day arrangement, filling out all the information that was asked on their web site, ordering, and paying for the arrangement (including a 'delivery charge' and a 'service fee' [what is THAT about!?!?!?]), I receive a call from the place telling me that 'we can't guarantee delivery by 11:00am - which is when I know my lady will be in the office - and 'what is her name?' - 'is it a business?' and on and on - ALL of which was entered on their web site.
