McCabinet was the place. Our designer Natalie was great. She provided guidance that was helpful but let us choose. All work was done in time and efficiently. We loved the outcome and workmanship so much we are starting on our other bathroom. They do kitchens too but that would be down the road.

We went to 3 fabricators prior to going to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite. We spent a lot of time in the process with those 3 fabricators, and none of them called us back after the fact.  I figured that the companies are too busy due to the recent hurricanes.  When we went to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite, we felt like we were their only customer with the time that they spent with us and the constant connection they maintained with us. Upon our first contact with Raphael, we were so relaxed and became confident that this process will be so much better than the other three.  He was so kind and upbeat.  With the help of Marcella, we actually decided on an even more beautiful counter that we initially thought would be out of our price range.  Every stop along the way, each person we met through the process was kind and patient with us.  The focus on detail and making sure it was everything we loved was as if they were making counters for themselves. When we went to view the layout prior to actual fabrication, we were all laughing together.  A nice memory for us. They're pricing was so good that we were able to go up granite levels and still be under the pricing of some others. The dates of templating and installation were provided the same day and were accurate. The install was beautiful but the biggest, pleasant surprise was no seams, none, nada. There was a fairly substantial 10'x4.5' L-section and it was all one piece. This doesn't happen all the time as I've seen neighbors with seams in smaller sections. This is a testament to the quality of work during fabrication. When we do the master bath, we will most certainly be back!

Day ONE (Tuesday, about 3 weeks from Cabinet Contract signed) plumbers (not part of HI-Liquidation's contract) removed dishwasher, garbage disposal, and disconnected sink. Day TWO (Wednesday), old kitchen cabinets removed (part of contract). Day THREE & FOUR (Thursday-Friday), new cabinets installed (part of contract). Day SEVEN, Dishwasher reinstalled (not part of contract). Day TEN, Countertops (part of contract) measured and Granite Slab selected (initial Granite Guy fell through on Tuesday). Day TWENTY THREE, Countertops and Stainless Steel Sink installed (took 3 hours, contract fulfilled). By noon Day TWENTY FOUR disposal and faucet and sink plumbing installed (not part of contract) and kitchen totally functional again. During ALL OF THIS Mo and Feby were communicating with us, handled anything that came up (went smooth outside of first Granite Guy falling through) and we are so HAPPY with our new kitchen.
