I had seen their Videos on TikTok cabinet quality look good i am a real estate broker and contractor have remodeled my fair share of kitchen and have sold a handful of houses both remodeled and those that needed some love. Before I can recommend a service or product I have to try it myself. So I finally got the chance to try LilyAnn Cabinets remodeling my own kitchen. I sent in the sketch and measurements and I was able to do a video call with one of the reps and a designer who knows real time was able to make modifications. and within minutes I was sent a full list of cabinets and a foot layout plus a 3D model. I placed the order and was surprised to get my order in just days. unfortunately and fortunately, I received two cabinets that needed to be replaced. One had a wrong face so I could not assemble it and the other was a miscommunication as I all drawers and with the door. Now I say fortunately, because I was able to try their customer service and see that their response was rapid and they solved my problem quickly. Within days I received the replacement for the one that was sent with the incorrect face and I was able to work out a deal for the one that miscommunication under drawers. Build quality is great and after assembling one or two it is a breeze. Even my father who has been working as a contractor for over 30 years, said that the cabinets looked great and were very strong. This company is great. I ordered kitchen and bathroom cabinets a couple years ago. Very easy to assemble and install. It was actually a father and son project. Went great really enjoyed the process. Cabinets have been great. Fast forward a few years, an accident happened and a kitchen cabinet door broke no fault to the manufacture. That was a well built door, LOL. I get the idea to call up LAC service and order a replacement door. No problem, done deal! Free of charge and they sent everything I needed. It only took a few days to get the door replaced!
