Erik said he would try to fix it, then went dark on me for more than a month with no follow up, explanation for not getting back to me, or update on timing for the repairs. Desperate, I tried to have another web designer get the site up and running, but they said there were too many internal errors to fix the site so I was forced to start from scratch. I tried to get my money refunded. They refused and said it wasn't their fault. Well, Erik was the only one who worked on the site. I will be suing him to get my money back as others have done.
