I found Lucky Mule on Yelp and called based on the good reviews. I was looking to have a T-shirt made for my friend's band, and because the project was so small, I didn't know if anyone would be willing to do it for me. I called and spoke with Courtney, the owner. He was really friendly, told me to come by and was happy to make the shirt for me. He helped me to design the shirt based on a CD cover that I'd brought in. When the first shirt that he made wasn't 100% perfect (one of the corners wasn't sticking properly), he made me another one free of charge, and it looks great!
