Our first conversation ended with me submitting a partial payment. I begun this process on 4/7/2026. I would not recommend a lump sum, monthly payments only. I scheduled a payment for 4/21/2026, no charge was made. After speaking with Pauldeep to verify why the account wasn't charged along with other issues and the ideal timeframe of the bankruptcy, he became very condescending in his responses. I then put the funds in a money order as the filing fee and dropped it off at his office (specified instructions from Mr. Bains). He works out of a virtual office and the funds were left with a unrelated receptionist with no receipt provided (sketchy). Waiting on confirmation that all the paperwork that is required has been collected. I am ready and prepared to make my next payment however their seems to be consistent hold up.
