Complete waste of time and money. Signed up... nothing happened within the first 5 months, I decided to cancel. After canceling, I looked at my report and see that at least 5 of my old accounts are now showing "open and currently late" with a balance. These accounts were part of my bankruptcy that got discharged back in 2018. My credit went backwards and dropped by 200+ points on my Equifax report. This stopped my house purchase in its tracks. Now I gotta fix it myself before I can start my home purchase process again. Jeff reached out and said he'll continue the services free of charge to get the issues resolved. Almost 7 months have gone by since this happened and it's still not resolved. I got 2 letters from Equifax stating the accounts were reinstated. I forwarded the letters to my case manager. She said she's going to send more letters out, but that this was "it". If I wanted to continue with their help, I would need to re-enroll in their services. I laughed to myself and said... F THAT! you did more damage than good. Aint getting another dime from me or anyone I know for as long as you're in business. Thanks for nothing. Beware, they don't look at your credit profile carefully before sending out these template generated letters which will trigger reinstatement of old accts.. read more

I had so many issues with my credit plus I've had many last names so everything was very difficult to navigate and try to relate to other credit unions. I was first assigned a young lady who really did not have any interest in talking to me on a personal level or going above and beyond the "extra help" and communication I needed. I requested a different person to work with as my needs were higher than average. I was assigned to Ger ot Jer. Feel bad I can't remember. Think it was Ger. Very informative and always kept me up to date with what was going on even after some things took a turn he still kept me in the loop on a weekly basis .He really attacked all of my issues of my credit with all the credit bureaus. I really wanted to like and benefit from this place. Sadly, Blue Water Credit is one of the worst (if not the worst) financial support services that I have ever experienced. When this place was professionally recommended to me, I was skeptical of its claims. I should have trusted my gut. I was referred to Blue Water Credit by a financial advisor -- my goal was to monitor my credit scores after paying off a student loan debt. Several months and many emails later, my credit score is the same (if not worse) than when I started the program last summer. I spent hundreds of dollars for what essentially amounted to constant credit score fluctuations that my case manager was unable to explain. Yana was incredibly communicative, so I am leaving two stars for her prompt replies. She closed some accounts on my behalf, but the benefits of their work remains unseen. I do not understand the 4.5 star review average, but perhaps others had better luck than me. My experience was quite poor, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. read more

Bluewater credit was such a Godsend. With their guidance, I went from a 520 to 744 FICO score. My intention was to buy a home and I just closed on a home after working with them for a year. They were kind enough to give me 3 months of free service. 6 months is the max they recommend and probably The service worked great for my husband. His score improved 50-70 points within the first 3 months. I did not have the same results. My credit score actually went down. Nothing got removed from my credit report. My credit score increased by me paying off all my credit and paying 3 collections items on my own. I had to negotiate a settlement with them myself. Our mortgage lender advised me on what to pay. We cancelled the service after 3 months. When going for a mortgage loan we had issues because of all the disputed items on my credit report from Blue Water on my behalf. Perhaps if we had more time (and money) to work with them I could've had better results but as we were in a crunch to buy a home we didn't have that. It's a moderately priced service. $300+ a month for both of us. They send letters on your behalf disputing items. I did the same thing myself a few years prior and while time consuming it worked with getting things removed. So your paying for the convenience. I'm sure they do more than I am aware of for their clients. It just didn't work for me. 3 stars for my husband's results. read more
