We went here with our 3 and 5 year olds today…read more Pros: 1. Small play area, but still lots of room to play. Easy to keep an eye on the kids. 2. Bathrooms are right there, just outside of the play area. 3. Friendly help desk ladies. 4. Clean 5. Hand pedal trains were a huge hit, and they left my kiddos exhausted. 6. We forgot socks, they brought us some to borrow, they were clean and fresh. 7. Not crowded at all. Cons: 1. Small play area, no where to really run around. 2. TVs were ALL over the place. The play area had 5. Yes, 5, in a maybe 30x30' room. We requested they be turned off, as we were the only people there and were told no. When another family came the volume got turned up and it was uncomfortably loud, as well as fighting with the kids to keep them playing rather than watching tv. They really need to remove the TVs, there is absolutely no reason to have TVs in a play area. 4. The slide is really fast, which means that kids come hurtling out the end and fall. We pulled over some of the bean bag chairs and let the kids slide into them. Overall it was a good experience and we will go back. Although I really wish they'd reconsider their 'policy' of not turning the TVs off. It's ridiculous that when we were the only people there they still insisted they stay on. We went to let the kids play, not watch Disney Jr.

The natural light coming from the large windows makes long study days feel less confining. I feel comfortable leaving my belongings at my table while I use the restroom. It's a risk to take unless you ask one of the many kind people around to watch your stuff. There are also study rooms for rent. I haven't used them, but I'm happy to have the option. The parking lot can get packed quick due to the fitness center, nearby parks, and other library goers.

We ended up getting three stalks from the front desk. The person behind the desk diligently informed us we can only take one as they are running out of supplies. Unfortunately, my 3 year old does not understand this supply and demand issue as I do. The employee let us go, although clearly she was not very happy about it. Anyhow, if I were a part of this establishment or her boss, I will praise Katherine for doing her best to minimize supply usage. Most specially if they are running out. It's good to have someone very dedicated to their job like that. I truly mean that. In a customer service standpoint and as a mom, I would give her 3 stars (that's me being nice) because we are talking about a toddler here. Some understanding is appreciated. I even offered to pay for the stalks and she responded with, "that's not the point." She tried to confront me, after she saw me take down her name. However, she did let us go after that so I guess I should just be appreciative of her. Library rating for amenities: 5 stars. Employees (other than Katherine): 5 stars Katherine as an employee rating: 5 stars Katherine rating at a customer service standpoint: 3 stars

Example : one of these persons came into my house during an open house when we were not at home. There were people in the house looking at it for sale, she pulled our real estate agent aside and started talking to her about compliance. This was outrageous behavior. The other issues involved were inconceivable. Example: paint, this person said our pet wasn't in conformity. To the best of my knowledge the paint is identical one repainted to the original paint palette when we purchased the house there was no need to repaint to a pallet change which is taken place probably four Times of the last 20 years. Other components of their issues were ridiculous. From pot being peace out front that coordinated with our Color scheme. When I received a letter written on 30 August I had already corrected the re-barking. And then they added some additional bullshit which I found. Personally I am not standing by and taking this any longer and this continued harassment Will cease as I'm not opposed to bringing a lawsuit against SCLH.
