Communication, promptness, schedule, and cleanup all went well. One of the key parts of the work was the slope. Walter assured me that his team would slope the concrete 2% (bldg. code req.) away from my home for drainage. However, when rainfall came, I noticed considerable amount of water ponded on the surface of the concrete and it did not drain. Turns out, the concrete was not sloped at all in some areas and less than 2% in other areas =( I brought this to Walter's attention and he said he would fix it by installing an overlay. It's been more than 3 months of reaching out to him, him saying he would come, and still no show. Now, he is not responding to me anymore.

When we decided to book with them Walter was extremely responsive, on time each day, and kept the communication flowing every step of the project. The work: Absolutely incredible! They worked so hard, so thorough, and really ended up with a beautiful product. The cost was very reasonable for the the amount and quality of work. We have one referral out and will continue to send them out. So to answer the question... Yes, use them, you will not be disappointed. I know that we will be using them again for future projects.

From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and attentive to detail. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done exactly how we wanted it. The concrete slab turned out perfect--smooth, level, and high-quality. Our backyard looks like a whole new space now, and the transformation is beyond what we imagined. The crew kept the area clean, communicated with us throughout the process, and finished the project before schedule. We highly recommend Edgardo Caledron concrete service to anyone looking for excellent concrete work or backyard improvements. Great people, great workmanship, and outstanding results! Definitely the besdt pricing as well and great value for money.

We initially received a quote of about $7,000 for a large concrete project totaling roughly 1,100…read moresquare feet. After deciding to significantly reduce the project down to only around 354 square feet, we were surprised to receive a revised quote of $3,850 -- making the smaller project cost substantially more per square foot than the original larger job. What made this even more frustrating was that we referred our neighbors across the street to this company, and we were told the projects could potentially be poured and worked on at the same time using the same delivery and setup. Because of that, we expected the smaller project pricing to be more reasonable, not dramatically higher per square foot. We completely understand that smaller jobs can cost more due to minimum delivery fees, labor, and equipment costs, but the pricing still felt excessive for the scope of work being requested. After we declined, the quote suddenly dropped from $3,850 to $3,000, which honestly made the original price feel inflated. We felt taken advantage of. Communication was polite, but the pricing process left us uncomfortable and unsure about the fairness and consistency of the estimate. We ultimately chose not to move forward. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to get multiple quotes, ask for detailed written breakdowns, and compare cost per square foot carefully before committing.
