Additionally, I was sent a paper bill that was almost $30 higher than the bill in the app that they use. Got it cleared up that I need to pay the (slightly) lower amount, but make sure to ask EXACTLY what billing codes will be used or you will end up paying for extra for "services rendered" that you didn't even know about.

So I did the only thing I was new call and ask where I needed to go and the first lady with an accident who answered told me it was indeed building B but that my appt was at 8am and I was already 39minutes late they have a 10min grace period and by the time I made it to the second floor I'd be past my time. In which I corrected her not in a mean way that my appt was at 8:30am not 8am because I had checked it numerous times and then she proceeded to then say regardless I was late and couldn't be seen anymore. Which obviously I was upset I didn't intentionally decide to be late but I work with patients everyday so I understood, although if it's a new patient in my office we would have still seen them as they tried to come in but got lost but would let them know next time we wouldn't be able to accommodate. Adding to that, there was construction going on to confuse the driver. So I was late to the appointment by 15 minutes and the person at the reception seemed pretty rude when he cancelled my much needed appointment with the doctor. I wouldn't recommend this facility that has appointed rude person as receptionist. Hope he would be taken to task because he is unaware and unkind of patient's pain and scenarios.
