Each and every one of their employees are so pleasant, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff! Their prices are reasonable, they offer a wide variety of rentals and it doesn't get easier than having them come to your house and set everything up/drop off and after the event they will take down the tent and haul everything away. I rented a 17' Penske truck through this business and I am quite pleased with my experience. My reservation was accurate and punctual. The woman at the desk is very kind and helpful; she explained the rental contract and answered all of my many questions thoroughly. The truck had a full tank when I picked it up, very clean, and no mechanical issues. They also rent machinery and party supplies. Where do I start! My wife called and ordered 2 large tables and 24 chairs to be delivered a week later. The day before the party they called and said the chairs/tables needed to be returned! We explained that we were to have the stuff delivered tomorrow. They told us that they made a mistake and that they did not have the stuff we ordered! They did not offer us any solution at all! I have 60 guests coming tomorrow and no where for them to sit! They apologized and offered us a gift certificate for $50.00! That was not of any help! Why would I ever trust them again! When I need something, they always seem to have it and their prices are really good. The owner, who I believe is Scott, is a very helpful guy. When you rent from them, they show you how to run the equipment and the equipment is always clean. And, for those large items, they will even deliver!
