The receptionist (Lily) has an unacceptable attitude and speaks to patients with complete lack of respect. The clinic is slow and disorganized to begin with, but adding a dismissive, rude and incompetent person as the face of your organization is truly a disgrace. We pay taxes so we can be talked to and treated with animosity. Try any other clinic than this!

She was great: Friendly, cheerful and quite knowledgeable. I wish she were taking on new patients as a family physician, because she was so very "comfortable" to talk with, and super efficient. This clinic is handy because it's right next to the Fortino's. If I need to go to a walk-in again, I'll try to catch Dr. Tam at this one.

This same clinic diagnosed me with such and prescribed my medication. Exact same illness and symptoms, as I told the doctor. He looked at my throat, did no other assessment and then rudely accused me of using google to look up bronchitis. I never have nor will do this. I'm 34 years old. If I'm sick and rest and fluids don't cure it after 5 days, as this time, I GO TO THE DOCTOR. A male patient never would have been treated so poorly. He sent me for chest x rays and the clinic called to say "I was fine and the doctor won't prescribe you anything". When I told them how I was treated and asked what I was supposed to do, they said "we're going to have to hang up now". And then refused to take my calls. I went to a pharmacy to get over the counter medication to get me through the day, and two pharmacists noted this clinic had been doing this to patients and that I definitely need antibiotics. I went to another clinic today and was given THREE prescriptions. This service is unacceptable and honestly simply disrespectful.
