The entire team--from the check-in staff, to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist, and Dr. Krishna Menon--were amazing. Everyone had a smile, was welcoming, and showed genuine care. Their bedside manner was exceptional, and they made me feel like a person, not just another patient. It was clear that the staff not only enjoyed their jobs but also respected one another, which created such a positive environment. I wish all doctors' offices were like this. Priti ,the receptionist was very kind and helpful while booking my visit there and answered all my questions while I was having some concerns during my preparation time . Dr. Uma , the anesthesiologist made sure I slept through the whole procedure so didn't feel any discomfort , compare to my previous experience when unfortunately the sedation did not work so well . Dr. Imran Rasul who did the procedure explain some details to me ,answered all my question and did a great job !!! I did not feel any discomfort or pain after the procedure . And the nurse Anna , who was so professional and carrying at the same time , made me feel so comfortable and put my mind at ease so I wasn't feeling so stressed about the whole event . I postponed the procedure for some time and came to the point of return . I'm so glad I went to that place and met the right people there ! I also got a free $50 Amazon gift card on my first visit which was cool. Dr. Sunita M. is my new GP and she is great too. She is very thorough, takes a wholistic approach to healthcare, and is very preventative in her approach as well. She talks fast, but you can ask her to repeat if you need to. She seems to be caring toward her patients and I had the sense that we were on the same team. She is also very professional. Indian/South Asian women healthcare providers are often overlooked due to unfair bias or stereotypes, but these providers that I saw were great. I will continue to see them. The reception is professional and nice too. I like that the clinic is clean and prompt with everything. I never have to wait too long. Im giving them 4.5 stars our of 5.

It always seems this place is so busy but there are times like today that the wait was 1.5 hours even with an appointment. The great clinic staff do their best to try and get everyone that wants to wait a chance to see a doctor. I've been here when people come in and demand to jump the queue while I've been seated waiting for 2 hours; some even make up bizarre stories. One never knows what to expect at any Walk-in Clinic and this place is no different. Anyhow, Dr. Mikail is a professional with great people skills. She takes the time to understand why I'm here rather than just hurrying up and writing a prescription so I can be on my way.
