I was very frustrated with the customer service of this company. I didn't actually get the guy to…read moredo my house, so I can't say how the quality of his work is. Quick background story: My father-in-law and sister-in-law scheduled this guy to come clean their houses. His prices were reasonable (although I have found cheaper recently). Anyway, based on my father in law's recommendation, I sent the owner, Mike, an email to get a quote for my house, including photos of my home, a description, and what we were looking to accomplish. It took Mike three days to respond to my e-mail. I wasn't really that worried about that. The email response from Mike suggested that if we had neighbors interested in doing a power wash as well, we could save some money since travel costs would be split. I told him I would check in with my neighbors, but would still appreciate it if we could get a quote for power washing irregardless. (we are only a 1/2 hour away, here). Mike told me he would get me an estimate ASAP. Three more days go by without a response. So, my wife wanted to find out about the estimate, so she called the mobile number that Mike had in the signature of his email. A women answered and very rudely said to my wife, "What?". My wife thought she had the wrong number and simply hung up. A few moments later, the phone rings, it was them calling us back. I grab the phone and answer it. The lady says, incredibly rudely, "Yeah, someone just called me from here?" (I wish I could indicate inflection on Yelp!). I state that my wife had called and thought she had the wrong number, but that we were looking for a quote on power washing. I hear her yell back to Mike in the background, "Did you tell this couple we would power wash their house in Uxbridge?" to which I heard him reply, "He was going to see if he could get others in the neighborhood to do it as well". I told her we wanted a quote anyway and if we could find someone, great. To which the lady responded, "You know, it's outrageous to expect us to come out there to clean one house". At that point I got a little fired up. My business is outrageous? Fine! I told her if it was so outrageous, I would take my business elsewhere. The website states they work in Cape Cod all the time, which is MUCH further than my house. Besides, the company is called, "Mobile Power Wash of New ENGLAND". Helllooooo! New England! Anyway, the bottom line is the process was a nightmare and the owners are rude are unprofessional. Had they simply gotten me a quote promptly, even with their travel charges, I could have politely accepted or declined the price. It's the attitude of the ownership of this company that really turns me off. Based on that alone, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I can only imagine how something would turn out with them if there were some dispute on the quality of work.

Mobile Powerwash's was in the middle $1620. However, Mike the owner and the guy that does the work, seemed to want the job. He offered references in our area, he asked to come out and do the quote and wash a sample spot, and he was on time for the quote appointment. We went with him and he was on time for the job. He really knew his stuff, worked around the little issues and the results were excellent. It is more like a detailing than just a powerwash. They use brushes and scrub the hard to clean areas. From our perspective Mike and Mobile Powerwash are the kind of companies we want to have as suppliers for the long term.
