Although they are usually pretty busy, the girls who work the kiosk are always friendly and polite (although it helps if you speak Spanish). The best thing about this place is that there is no setup fee. This is especially useful to me as a business owner, because if I want to put an employee's name below the company logo on their shirts, I don't have to pay a ridiculous fee every single time. For a basic logo, they charge $15 which is quite reasonable. You can leave your article of clothing there to be embroidered, go shop for 20 minutes or so, come back and pick it up. And of course there is *nothing* to do for 20 minutes at the mall to keep you occupied...[insert sarcasm here]. In short, this is a great place with good quality and good customer service. Barbie was soo so nice, and funny, we just instantly clicked as if I had known her forever but we hadn't even met yet. I requested quotes on different designs and with just a picture she made what i wanted happen! Not only was the price great compared to all the other places I contacted for quotes but she had it ready so fast! (It took just a couple of days to get all my printing done).
