I've been going here nearly 2 years, even during Covid, this place has been top-notch! I never have to wait, the place is spotless & smells amazing! Every single staff member has been kind and smiling and happy! I always feel like I'm their most important customer! I found a spa about two minutes from my house and was going to switch however when I went in for a tour I was treated like dirt under their feet! They were rude and their review is coming!! I fight the traffic on 80 and drive to FORNEY from Mesquite because of how I'm treated at this place!! Tori, Gage & all the others are 100% amazing!! I love this place! I love their hydro-massages! You can adjust the speed and pressure to ur liking, close your eyes and relax for good 20 minutes. It relieves the muscle tension extremely well. I did not even realize my body was so stresses until after I climbed out of the massage bed. I particularly don't like being touched, so prefer automated massages to regular massage. Also, I can alter the pressure according to my own liking and focus on areas that needs a little more attention. I have tried their photo facials/massage chair too, but hydro-bed is my fav! read more

Beware of giving them your debit or credit card number. I have asked them FIVE times in two months to stop charging me the $65 a month, as I have not used their service in at least five months. They claim that I need to drive 80 miles to fill out paperwork (even though they admit that they can e-mail it to me, but have not). They usually charge on the first or second of the month, but now charged on the 8th (presumably to try to fly under the radar and hope that I wouldn't notice). I have asked my back to file charge backs for the last two months. Lesson learned - NEVER GIVE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD TO ANY COMPANY WHO INSISTS THAT THEY NEED TO BE ABLE TO DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT. Also,have never received so much as a phone call from the owner regarding this. I guess this is what kind of service you get from a business that's run by 18-year-old minimum wage employees. Have never seen an adult there in the year I used their service. Everything is automated, so the beds break frequently. oh well...... read more

The one star is for the manager, Tori, thats it. Everything else sucks. Their stuff is not clean, they charged me for stuff I never bought and then the owner wanted tho acted all offended when it was HER mess up. They won't cancel my membership no matter how many times I've tried. They say you can use whatever you want, three options a day so you buy the membership just to find out that you have to buy the slim suite or buy the $$45 towel and their yoga mats to even be ableto use it so I wasted money there. I'm pissed. I was so sweet to these people even after of of their grown employee insulted me twice. They are all about their money and only their money. I feel pretty taken advantage of. The owner wouldn't even give me back the week or twothat i lost in services that i paid for because she was out of town and basically said too bad. I wish there were a better tenant in their building. I'm sure they won't last long if they keep screwing people out of money. read more

This place is amazing! I always get courteous and expedient service from the ladies who work at the front desk. If it is my first time using a service they are always very patient with me and answer all my questions. Many of the machines are new and all of the spa rooms I have been in are very clean and have a relaxing atmosphere. My husband bought me a 2 month membership because he knew that I was under a lot of stress at work and he wanted me to have a place to go to relax on my days off. Overall the price point for the membership is a steal for customers. I use the red light standing machine almost every time I go and my skin looks a lot clearer just in the couple weeks I have been going. I have used the tanning beds, both laying and standing, they both have new bulbs and the ladies will set it for your preferred time. I like the standing because I feel like I get a more even tan. I really enjoy the hydration pod! The ladies set it up for me and they always make sure to ask which light setting I prefer because different light setting have different benefits for your body. I would definitely recommend bringing a set of headphones because it takes about 25 minutes to complete the service. My skin always looks vibrant and healthy when I get out. I also appreciate the fresh clean towels set out for me when I'm finished with my service because you do get soaking wet. I have only used the slim pod once because I prefer the hydration pod and I think they have similar benefits. The hydration pod is like getting into a personal steam room and the slim pod is like getting into a personal sauna. Also the slim pod seems to be booked up more often because they have 1 slim pod and 2 hydration pods. In the slim pod I was required to wear a sauna suit for hygienic reasons and to boost the benefits of the service. Since I didn't know that I was supposed to have one when I booked my appointment the ladies happily provided me with a disposable sauna suit so that I could judge whether or not I wanted to invest in one for future services. They never made me feel like they were frustrated with my lack of knowledge at all and answered all of my questions. I definately sweat out some toxins in there! The hydro massage table is amazing! Just this message table makes it worth it. Like Ria G I do not lie being touched by people. The hydro massage is super comfortable and I can choose my own settings. I carry about 30 pounds of extra weight around with me at work and I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and lower back. The hydro message helps me to relax these areas... And get a quick nap in ;) The sauna is very clean and well maintained. I go to the gym frequently and the sauna is a great place for me to stretch out my muscles and get rid of my tension and fatigue. They told me I can wear a sauna suit in there but I just wear the robe they provided me with. I listen to my music and do the stretches I can in there. Very rejuvenating! I like to take my magazines in with me as well. They have more services that I have not tried yet. I did use the same spray tanning service that they provide but at another location in dallas. I was sceptical at first because I thought I would turn orange. The ladies helped me out and listened to what my concerns were so that they could make me the best mix for my current skin tone and the tone I had in mind. I LOVED IT! Far exceeded my expectations. I have not used it at this location yet because I have not had a special event that I felt a spray tan was necessary for. I love this place and I would recommend it to anybody. Atleast try it out! My husband and my best friend have noticed the differences in the health of my skin and my attitude in just a couple weeks of going. I feel good about myself and I feel relaxed. I have been going to planet beach for almost two years now, and I love it! The owner Julie and her staff are always so nice and warm. They know me and many regulars by name when I first walk in. They are always having drawings and customer appreciation give aways. They are on the cutting edge for spa services with so many things to do to help your look. The Planet Beach in Forney Texas is top notch! The only reason anyone would be charged on their credit card, would be to pay for their monthly dues, that they would of had to agree to when they signed their contract. However, they may cancel at any time by signing a cancellation form. It's that simple!! Mesquite is only 20 miles from Forney. It is never a company's fault if a person signs up for any type of membership, and then doesn't use it. That would fall on the person who signed up, and then didn't cancel. It doesn't not make any sense that you ask 5 times, in 2 months, to stop charging you for your membership. The draft only runs onice a month. Clearly you don't know how old the employees are or what they get paid, so you should be ashamed for being so ugly. All the negative energy you spent writing this false review could of been time you took, taking the appropriate steps for canceling your membership. I can vouch for the Planet Beach of Forney, that it is ran with brand new equipment. That is not broken down. As far as the person from Waxachie, the records indicate that you have never been to the F ornery location. I invite all and everyone into the Forney location for a free spa day!!!!!
