You can put on videos for things like Zumba, yoga, boxing etc. bands are available for use too. You can also just sit and relax listening to meditation music or reading a book. I never liked saunas until this one. You can actually breathe and don't sweat. Also available are a massage bed, res light therapy bed, salt therapy room and tanning bed. The owner, Eric is amazing and extremely passionate and knowledgeable about all of the machines as well as how long you should be in each. I've spent 3 plus hours here 4 out of the last 5 days and it's made a HUGE difference in how relaxed and distressed I feel!

I've used them once not long before that and didn't have any problems. I've had mixed experiences with them on other days, and definitely it's a location where the jury is still out.

I started my membership towards the end of this month and was told it would renew July 1st instead of an actual full month. You have to cancel before the 25th, but they make you drive all the way over there and do it in person for some reason even though all the woman at the counter did was look at my ID for two seconds. The staff makes it super awkward, and when I left the tanning bed they were just sitting on the floor staring at me. Trying to understand how you guys operated was tough too as the girls at the front desk seemed shy or unsure of what to do. I literally drove back less than a week after starting the membership to immediately cancel it. I don't want to hate on the staff too hard bc most of them looked pretty young, but I'm also pretty young (in my teens) and I understand that to make customers feel comfortable and not so alienated you have to at least pretend like you want to be talking to customers. Everyone in the salon seems to not want to be there and they definitely seem like they mind customers using the beds they pay a ton of money for.

The girl behind the counter up sold me on a $50 spray tan because she said the color looks more natural. My fingers have brown stripes on them!!!! I look like I have a fungus on both of my hands. I am so embarrassed! I sent pictures to the salon manager and she refused to refund my money and she did not offer any sort of resolution. Do NOT get a spray tan here (unless you want to look like a cheetah). I have better luck doing the cheaper spray at Darque Tan!

When I went to cancel and asked where to mail my written 30 day notice, l I was told to call a number instead after the 16th. When I called I was told I missed the cutoff to turn in my letter and will be billed for an additional month. After speaking to the store manager and with managers at AAC about the misinformation, I was told that I am still going to be billed. I have come to the conclusion that they misinform you, to trick you into paying for another month. I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is #1 in my book, and this place is highly lacking. Hope my $25 was worth losing a customer.

I have never ever turned orange from one of Love To Be Tan's airbrush tans! I always use it as a quick fix before a holiday or date night! Plus who can beat the bonus of them coming to your house!? And it only takes like 15 minutes! I used to tan at Mercury Tan off Kingwood Drive and hated how unprofessional the employees were and how dirty/trashy their facility is. The fake tile is peeling up, half the bulbs in the beds are out, and the employees either look like they just rolled out of bed or they have one employee who wears tight, low cut clothes with facial piercings everywhere. I hated feeling dirty and disgusted everytime I left there. I have never had anything close to this experience with Love to Be Tan. Plus they're always running great specials on their facebook page so I feel like I'm always getting a good deal. Definitely reccomend this business!!
