It is about 30-35 min from my house, but coming midday wasn't bad. The parking however in Vintage Park is challenging, especially for accessible parking. I did finally find a spot across from Huemn. I was promptly greeted by Johnnie. He was patient and explained the numerous options available, and provided great recommendations that would be appropriate for me. I was able to experience a 30 min PEMF session (like a tens unit on steroids via a magnetic pulse). Let me tell you! The tension and pain in my neck and left hip were gone!!! I even went to sleep! I left my appointment without pain and with more energy. I'm very happy with the results. Huemn offers services through a membership with a 3 month commitment, also by non-membership packages, and also by single services pricing. Of course membership pricing is the best. She did a swab and apparently their lab is in Arkansas! I have insurance, very good insurance but imagine my shock when I find out my bill for a swab on my wound has landed me with a nearly $900.00 Bill! I have called several times because I was sure they must have coded it incorrectly, I have BCBS of Texas, but it said Arkansas BCBS. Nope, they send all their labs out of state, which I was not informed of. R3 Wound Care is In-Network so this cost is just insane.The treatment for my wound was a very expensive RX, so I ended up purchasing Medihoney from Amazon. There was no further treatment and then I get a bill for nearly $900.00 . The office has had a GREAT time telling me to call the labs, the lab told me to call the doctors office, the doctors office says they need to send it to corporate to figure out what is going on. Nobody knows: They also have been awful with communicating as I am trying to resolve the matter. I say be warned because a swab like this I could have gone to QUEST diagnostics and paid maybe $35.00 for the swab needed to test for Staphylococcus in the wound. It was also negative for Staph but this NP absolutely took advantage of me as patient. I was told she would be doing a swab for Staph infection and the LAB told me that there were several other tests the NP requested, which I was not informed of and am now expected to pay for. Shady as . Talk about just the worst situation after major surgery, having to deal with recovery, and then this scam.

There are too many problems to mention in this review with the clinical aspects of this EMR and the reports including progress notes are embarrassing to send out. So many things have to be edited before they can be sent. Getting things changed from the company to fix these issues has been a 6 year battle with very few fixes provided. I would never recommend this EMR to anyone !

My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

About an hour after opening, I used the restroom and found it in unacceptable condition (video attached), which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. In the exam room, containers of Q-tips, gauze, and cotton balls were left uncovered, and the strep test was performed without gloves or handwashing. We interacted with three different staff members who neither washed their hands nor wore gloves while caring for our daughter. The technician who initially came in to take her blood pressure and temperature repeatedly used profanity and complained about missing supplies, including a stethoscope. Before leaving, I checked the restroom again and found it unchanged. The lack of cleanliness, infection-control practices, and professionalism was very disappointing.
