I observed treatment beds not being changed between clients, HydraFacial and DiamondGlow tips being reused rather than replaced after each client, and the office itself appeared unclean. I also had serious concerns about whether everyone performing aesthetic treatments had the appropriate licensing or qualifications. Another thing potential clients should be aware of is that many of the recent positive reviews appear to have been posted by employees, which gives what I believe is a misleading impression of the business. Please do your own research before booking. Ask who will be performing your treatment, verify their credentials if that's important to you, and don't let heavily discounted specials be the only reason you choose this place. I'm speaking to all of us of Asian descent. The miracle known as Lash Perming, or Lash Lifting, is a chemical treatment process that keeps eyelashes held in a curled position for up to 8 weeks. That's right - CURLED! I.E. actually visible. I found Keta V on Groupon. She was accommodating and easy to work with - I had to re-schedule twice due to work issues. When I did finally make it, she sent me the prep info the day before and greeted me at my car when I arrived to make sure I parked in the correct lot and find the studio. Her place is clean and I felt immediately at ease. As for Keta herself - she's like the friend you knew years ago, but need to catch up with, so patient and well-spoken. The Eyelash Lift is a relatively less well-known process, compared to lash extensions. The idea of coating my eyelashes with chemicals was terrifying. Keta explained the process once before we started and then again during each step. While the procedure wasn't the most pleasant (there's someone pulling on your eyelashes for a good 30 minutes), it was tolerable. Think of the alternative: a 90-minute session of for lash extensions. But the results are much more natural looking - I mean, they are, after all, your own lashes. I've had multiple people compliment me on the results. Also, the perm should last up to 8 weeks, which is about 3x as long as the extensions. I am thoroughly satisfied with the experience and will definitely be going back. Even though I used a Groupon, Keta was respectful and did not try to push any additional products or sessions. Thank you Keta!
