I went in for a very simple cut and Vivian dragged it out to take an hour when it could have taken half the time. By the time it was finished, my neck hurt, I was tired, and was far too hot because she used a curling iron while being covered with the already heat trapping gown. I never asked for a curling iron to be used (I don't know why she used it, I didn't have curls afterwards), nor did I ask for my hairline on the back of my neck to be shaved. I love the result but the process was not enjoyable. read more

Price is good, less than $30 for my haircut. She got me in immediately when I called. Showed her 2 pictures and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She also made some slight adjustments for my low maintenance styling and weird head shape. It's very flat at the back. Will definitely be coming back here. read more

Very dissatififed Customer I made my appointment at 515pm because I get off work at 5. They close at 615. The lady rushed through it with a mad face. Not friendly at all my hair cut was done in a ugly cut and she said my hair was damaged and kept pulling my hair when I asked her to please stop pulling she said she had too to get my hair straight. I took a chance going into this salon. I was not sure what to expect because it was a last-minute appointment. I was very pleased with Tina she took her time and listened to what I wanted. She fixed my COVID box dye job and she cut my unruly hair. I am very picky with my hair and because I am still pretty young but have premature gray I am usually pretty stressed with my ugly hair. I had been paying so much in Uptown Whittier to have my hair done, plus the drive. Now I am much closer to home and the prices are great.
