I did take a smaller trainer led class to try it out, and I really really liked it. But the price point, after spending a lot/month already is a bit outrageous. The cafe is nice, but the drinks are pricey. $8 for a smoothie? Maybe not. The equipment seems clean, up to date and there is a lot of it. Classes on the second floor, equipment on the third. Showers are nice, water is a little all over the place with the temperature. But good pressure. I wanted a place with good showers and free coffee. Hey, it is the only thing that motivates me to go. Didn't quite get that, but overall I am pleased. Month to month too - I love that. Don't notice the lines at the showers or in the parking lot because I go at 5 am.

This is also the 1st time that I have lifted weights the way that they train you to do at this gym. I am in love with lifting! They offer group classes with a personal trainer that instructs the class on proper form and motivation (also the music rotation is fire)! They have a nutrition coach that is also available to go with all the work that you put in to fuel your body and get the most gains I have ever had. Other boxes I've tried in the area were too macho, impersonal, or big, the kind of places where beginners might get lost in a class or trainers can't pay real attention to how people are doing physically demanding movements. I enjoyed working with Hillary, who was very attentive and gave me some very helpful feedback on my form, even though I was a drop-in client. The workout included a more intensive metcon than I'm used to, but it was fun! The other people in the class were friendly and welcomed me immediately, which I think is always a sign of a great gym culture.

In addition- I showed up on time and one of the coaches let me switch to a better spot only to be told that I have to move back because the other person eventually showed up (atleast 15 minutes late). This is important because one time I was about 7 minutes late and was not let in despite paying for my class because their policy says anyone who is 5 minutes late is not allowed in. They don't refund you for it either. Just want everyone to be aware.
