Getting here at 4:30 am when they say they are open and waiting hoping you will get a workout is absolutely ridiculous. If you are scheduled to open the gym at a certain time you should be there it is not the rest of all of our faults that you can't open the gym on time. This is why I loved my vasa and 24hr memberships better. read more

Unfortunately, I'm considering finding another gym. I still stand by my previous review but these hours are a joke. Surely in my contract, it says the gym is 24 hours but since Covid they have yet to go back to 24 hours. I am a night shift worker and closing at 7pm on the weekends and 10pm on the weekdays is ridiculous. The owners have since opened two other planet fitnesses since Covid so the inability to open the Brighton location 24/7 isn't excusable. read more

At least once a month they aren't open on time, so there people waiting in the parking lot a minimum of 30 minutes but usually at least an hour after 4 a.m. The gym is always dirty with dust and globs of hair under the machines. They used to have staff always cleaning but now they just chill on their phone and rarely acknowledge guests. read more

You get what you pay for.. equipment is very basic and old. I must've been spoiled with the gyms before this one. Friendly staff, bring fresh rags and sanitation often. Floors are pretty dirty. I would go to a different gym if one were closer to keensburg, but PF gets the job done. read more

Love coming to this gym the staff is always super friendly and approachable. Since Covid has started there is only one person enforcing masks this is the gentlemen with glasses and curly hair. He walks around and makes sure everyone is fallowing guidelines and insuring everyone's safety. (this man deserves a raise.) Sadly he is the only one. I come here regularly and have never seen anyone besides him do this. It's getting annoying to see everyone especially the lady pictured below always have her mask off even after being asked many times to put it on, not fallowing guidelines. I understand we all are dying trying to breath or take it off for a quick second to catch our breath and drink some water. But this is pure negligence for everyone else around her. Ok... 4 freaking screws is all I want... I like the staff who works here they are fine but are you kidding me with the higher ups?? I have asked not once, not twice, not thrice but over 4-5 times in the past year maybe plus to FIX THE DAMN STRETCHING POLE IN THE STRETCHING ROOM. I will literally show up with my own tools and fix it myself at this point. I have worked at a 24 hr fitness myself in the past so I get the front staff gets the brunt of all this and again it's not their fault but they can't do anything till the higher ups give the go ahead... it's 4 freaking screws into the floor. Never got a tour, have never seen a trainer or even been talked to by anyone. Had to ask for my shirt that I got with my membership. PF's I have been to had free lockers so I go to the locker room only to find out I need a lock. I go back out front to buy a lock. The gal at the front desk was visiting a friend (same friend when I can in). At that time i also asked for a tour and my t shirt and she said "oh it's your first time?" I replied yes just like I told you when I came in and you took my photo? She gave me my shirt but didn't say one word about the tour. Great gym, nice equipment and clean, not busy but Definitely lacking is costumer service. read more

Nice place to work out. The only reason I don't give them five stars is because they need to be a better enforcers for mask wearing. Specially on weekends this seems to be out of control. Also the paper cleaning dispensers needs more attention specially the one in the middle of the gym. read more

I normally go to the Thornton PF but since Brighton opened up I decided to go check out the new location. I must say that the staff seems more fun and upbeat in Brighton and the gym itself much cleaner as well. Not that the Thornton location is bad, but you can tell there's a better energy at Brighton (and it's new, so that helps, obviously). And anyone who works out in a gym knows that the energy can transfer to you and your workout, which in this case is a huge positive! So way to go Brighton! read more

Wouldn't let me cancel online and one of the managers had bad customer service.They charge just as much as any other gym but they dont have a pool or sauna or steam room you can get a better deal at a different gym. read more

Nice gym, hidden fees the club doesn't tell you or dwell on when you first ask about cost. Description of Complaint: Non disclosed fees and unadvertised charges. The Planet Fitness business in Brighton had just opened. I took a tour and was told there are two memberships, a basic for $10.00 month and a black membership for $21.95. The sales person was taking my membership information down on a small tablet computer. I was total and charge a one time $1.00 signup and I agreed to that. No other charges or membership fees were disclosed. I saw no contract and was latter to the tablet was the contract, the associate never told me it was. I gave the associate a check with bank and routing numbers and was told to sign the tablet to authorize the monthly draw., Nothing was on screen when I signed but relied on sales girl. On Feb 1 I noticed a $39.00 draw from planet fitness. I called them, they said it was my yearly membership after two month using center it would be charged. I didn't know that or was told that. I was told that no refund would be given. I was told I signed a contract but yet I didn't. I signed a blank screen for the withdraw. I am 74, retired military and a senior citizen and feel the non discloser, no copy of a hard physical contract to read, and they did show me a copy of a blank contract that I could have had filled in and seen all of what they now claim was a good legal contract, it was not as they did a hidden tablet contract and emailed it the next day. i never got it and my spam folder rejected it. Desired Settlement: Refund Desired Outcome Description: refund $39.00 charge not disclosed or known to me as I had no physical contract to review at the time of so called contract. I also was told that the center was having major problem over the fee as the center was at two months and many other folks did know of this charge. i think like all fitness programs this is a way to get your money after they mislead you at the start. $39.00 is not a ton of money but to a 74 year old retired person that is many days of food. read more
