The facility staff are friendly and are always working to bring fresh towels and keep the place clean. LifeTime's billing policies, on the other hand, are a different story. They are a lot like those of an economy airline - petty and arbitrary. For example, if you discontinue anything, whether it's a class, spa appointment, family memberships, or personal training, you will likely be billed for extras months/sessions you did not want or use, along with change fees and other random nickel-and-dime items. They already command premium membership dues for their top-notch facility, so I just don't understand why they think this is necessary. But, as long as you avoid all the extras, it's a fine place to work out.

Little did I know he wasn't lowering the price he was simply selling me less sessions (which he never mentioned until the end when I asked) So my advice is if you want to do business here make sure you're reading all the small print in your contracts.
