We travel a lot and have the PF membership because there seems to always be one available wherever we go. We used to pay day fees at other bigger gyms but those prices started getting out of hand. I looked at some of the other reviews and they don't reflect what we experienced. The staff was welcoming, the facility was clean including the bathrooms, The machines were in great working order and the other gym goers were doing their thing. I travel a lot for work and have been a member since 2013. There are the obvious frustrations with the outdated branding as a whole not that is at the corporate level. That being said this is probably one of the worst locations I've ever been to. The bathrooms are disgusting, the scanner for the tanning bed never clocks the right time because it works on time slots, and the machines are not kept in good working condition. Third World Gym. The Men's bathroom is Absolutely disgusting. If the health department visited the facility would be shut down immediately due human endangerment. Very crowded and machines are rarely wiped down just adding to the problem. Staff is checked out mostly playing on their phones with little interaction with customers. You get what you pay for but cmon is it worth catching a lung infection or worse a flesh eating disease? You can do better Franchise owner. I'm certain if corporate knew how bad your managing your business they would shut you down. Or would they? Maybe they are the problem. read more

I travel a lot so I always find a PF near me and keep on my routine. Pros: This club is fairly clean in the actual equipment areas and pretty well maintained. The staff are great and attentive. Equipment is well maintained and there is plenty of it. Cons: No stretching area because it is so packed with equipment. Typically PF has a good stretching area for use since it is one of the most important aspects of any training program. Stretching is good for the body and it reduces the chance for injury. Secondly, the men's lockers need to be wiped out as the insides are nasty. The showers are in need of cleaning properly and the shower curtains are disgusting and need to be replaced. read more

The gym use to be grear, but it's went downhill. The manager Logan is super sweet but I don't think his staff are cleaning and helping him as they should . The restrooms are disgusting especially the women's. Hair balls are in the corners, grime on the toilet and the smells are unbearable not to mention the gym is super overcrowded. I've kept hoping it would get better but no luck! I brought it to the attention of the staff a few time but no improvements. If the staff would be more committed to cleaning and it had some equipment upgrades it wouldn't be so bad. Miss that clean smell of a PF that I once loved and looked forward to. Hopeing for a turnaround before I have to cut my losses and find another gym:( read more

My son and I worked out here while on vacAtion for a couple of months. The gym was clean and most people were responsible and cleaned the equipment after they used it. The front desk workers were friendly and attentive. I was always greeted when I arrived and acknowledged when I left. The gym is large, so I never had any problem with having to wait to use any machines. read more

Racially profiled by manager after two women complained that I was in the 30 minute workout area, not doing the 30 minute rotation. Even though a lot of people, use the area to knock out quick sets when the purple section is FULL, being this location is so small but packed with equipment and no space. Out of all the people in the area, the manager comes in and only singles me out, telling me what areas I'm ALLOWED to be in. She didn't ask any questions or try to actually talk to me like a human. After she left, another lady approached me and said we were all doing sets and that it wasn't fair. To be a no judgement, no critic gym, they sure have a way to do so. The other staff has never had a problem with me in that area before and I'm not there for long. I don't even want to go to this location anymore but I don't have a choice. Its the only location. Anyways, I'll keep going and use up my BLACK membership N once my year Is over, I'm moving on from Planet Fitness for good. Update; I have been spoken to someone via email though they didn't present a name or contact number I could contact. I asked if there was a number and I'm waiting on a response.I'm not sure what the protocol is. I just want to work out in peace. Update 2; no response from the customer service email after explaining that I didn't feel comfortable giving them too much of my personal information until I knew I was speaking with a true person and after asking for a phone number I could possible call. That was on Friday. I informed them I was changing my workout times and not going the 5 days I usually go, but now 3. Hopefully I can continue to focus on my health journey without anymore issues. Everytime that I come into Planet Fitness, there is always this one black guy who is there almost every night. HE IS FUCKING AMAZING! Excuse my language but everytime that i come into Planet Fitness he always gets so excited and welcomes in the most righteous manner. Also, when i come in he always asks me if i am alright or how is my day. Like i know that he doesnt have to always ask me about my day and about whats going on in my life but he makes himself approachable and by the time i walk out of the gym i feel happy, relaxed and he makes me believe that i am a good person. so thank you so much man for making my days at planet fitness and life so welcoming. read more

a wonderful Judjment free zone. everything was clean and functional. The HydroMassage bed was a great reliever after a 2 hour workout.

The women's bathroom is always nasty no matter what time of day. The girls at the front counter customer service sucks. The ONLY good thing about this place is that it's affordable. I was suppose to be charged $20 but later found out they tax you for tanning bed fees. When I asked them about the extra charge the girl was cutting me of by saying it's on the first sheet of when I joined. I kept all my papers and nothing of the matter stated anything of such.
