Going to Planet Fitness after leaving a sports gym, I thought everything was going to be watered down and I'd get kicked out for dropping a weight. However, it's the exact opposite! Even though Planet Fitness can't have all the things and weights these big sports gyms have, the staff are very nice and supporting of what you need to work on inside and cater to your needs, even if you're an athlete or a regular person who just wants to hit the gym. The staff works tirelessly to make sure the facility is always looking its best and keeps a great environment with customers. Overall, this is a great place and very welcoming for you if you're just starting to workout or have been working out half your life already! read more

The women's restroom/locker room is atrocious and can definitely use some special attention, especially during a pandemic. Shannon the front desk staff member is extremely rude, wears a permanent scowl, is short and does not interact in a positive manner with guests. She should not be the forward facing employee upon entry. read more

Not a bad place to go, but I prefer a regular type of gym with all the things that scare people away. This place works for my early morning schedule....I fell great heading to work at 5am after a workout and a shower! read more

Great gym and been going here for years. The only thing I get annoyed with, and it's not the gyms fault, are the people who take their time hogging 2-3 workout machines. I'm rehabbing my hand from an injury I had and it's a little disappointing when people take their time using up half the stuff when someone like me really wants to use it and needs to use it to rehab from my injury. I just wish people would do what I would do and just use one thing at a time doing your set and reps and move on to the next. That's just how I like to do it but just think it would be great if more people did that. read more

You have to pick the right time to go, if not it's so packed. For such a big community, it should be ALOT BIGGER! with a lot more equipment. Majority of the treadmills are taken,broken, or need updates. The staff is really nice and very helpful. The bathroom area is always clean. But overall they need to invest in a bigger space with better equipment. I mean the WHOLE community goes there and I mean the WHOLE. Some space would be very much needed here. I just want to start off that this is an amazing gym. It's 24/7 and it's very convenient to me. Being a single dad and taking care of my son it's hard to find time. The best part is that's only $20 a month! I've had great experiences with staff and good workout tips by their personal trainer. Overall outstanding experience!!! read more

I like this location for it's convenience of location. The problem is that there are too few machines for the volume of people this location serves. There are times customers group up on the Smith machines talking with friends and not working out and stopping people who are there to work out. There are other times people sit on Machines playing on their phones making others wait or get half a work out. Staff needs to walk around to assure that everyone has access to machines. Also, the gym is not very clean, the bathrooms smell like mildew and the gym has a bad odor at entry. Not too fond of this gym. It's not as clean as other Planet Fitness. The employees aren't as nice either. They stand around at the front desk talking and holding personal conversations. The only time I'll go to this gym is on the weekend because my regular gym in Pullman Park closes at 7 on weekends, and this one stays open all night. All in all, I wouldn't make this gym my first choice ever. read more
