I had also purchased two detox juice cleanses ($200) and 2 4-day order of overnight oats ($80) for grand total of $4,780. The prices have gone up for new customers since then. (30 sessions are now $1800) Something to keep in mind before signing. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance , they will take a session from you. So if you wake up extremely ill, and cancel 6 hours in advance of your session, they will still take the session regardless of how much money you have spent or loyalty that you have shown them. It's their "right" to do so, because it is their business and they can choose to have whatever policy they want... However, it is also the customers right to feel unappreciated and then leave the gym. Which is exactly what I did. Disappointing.

He makes sure that you use proper form and get in a great work out. The prices are very reasonable and the space is always clean. I regularly see them wiping down the equipment. I personally haven't been to a class but from what I can tell it's a very close knit community as I see members having a conversation after they complete a class. The gym is also very professional, all sessions start on time and throughout the sessions the trainer makes sure that you're okay. Jonathan the owner makes it easy to sign up for sessions and is very welcoming. I would highly recommend this gym no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

But they only let you set up like 10 minutes before and clean up maybe 10 minutes after the time you've booked, our they charged you for the extra time, so make sure your decorations, food, and so on are easy to get up and down. The facility has a basketball court and what I'm sure must be an ice rink at some point of the year, but when we were here in late December a basketball camp was taking place. The facility was clean and has lots of parking, plus a small playground outside the building as well.
