Yo pfit. You need to get closer to your consumer. I took the below picture at 6pm on a Tuesday - busiest time of the day .. moral of the story - nobody uses these machines. What people do use - weight lifting machines and the tread mills. Having to wait for machines makes me want to go look for a new gym. Get rid of the machines nobody is using & add more weight lifting equipment in its place. Send this to corporate please. Location is pretty clean though so you get 4 stars. read more

Absolutely Disgusting -- Smells Like a Locker Room from Hell This is hands-down the worst gym I've ever stepped foot in. The moment you walk through the doors, you're hit with a wall of body odor that honestly made me gag. It smells like a group workout class of unwashed socks and regret. I don't know if they've ever cleaned the place or if the air vents are just recycling BO from 2006. The equipment? Old, sweaty, and constantly out of order. I wiped down a bench and the paper towel came away brown -- I wish I was kidding. Don't even get me started on the locker rooms... smells worse in there than a gas station bathroom in August. If you care even slightly about hygiene, your health, or your nose -- avoid this place like the plague. I'd rather run laps in a landfill than ever come back here. read more

I'm not sure why I saw some bad reviews for this 3614 Soldano BLVD Columbus, OH location, but I've had nothing but 5/5 experiences here! I recently got a membership and have been enjoying going! The staff is very kind and helpful. The parking lot, as well as gym itself, are both always spotless, no trash anywhere. I always see staff going around cleaning machines while I'm working out. The restrooms and locker room are also pristine clean. From a temperature perspective, the gym is so comfortable and cool! Love this! The air conditioning works great and there are a few huge fans that move air around. So happy about this! Even on the weekends, I feel like is when most people go to the gym, there are plenty of machines and equipment. You're never waiting for someone to be done with something. This is something I really value when compared to Esporta; you're always waiting. Overall, I feel this is a really good value for your money, and I'd recommend this location to anyone! read more

Went here today, because my PF is receiving new equipment and is closed for a couple of days. This PF is maybe a little older but is clean and well organized. The back ab room equipment might be a little close together but isn't a problem. The equipment itself is a newer and in good working shape. Gym size is decent. It's not huge, but good size. Locker room was clean, newer and nice. Staff was...present. That's about all I can say. But overall, this is a good site to visit in an older but "not too bad" location. read more

I've been going here for the past 6-7 months wearing the same thing and got dress coded which is humiliating in itself for tying up my tank top therefore exposing my midriff on October 30, 2021. Theres a bee lady there, who is a stickler for the dress code as she said which is reason as to why I haven't been dress coded before. or maybe it's because I'm not pencil thin but either way it was humiliating and I cancelled my membership in response which can be seen in the attached photo. Bottom line if you are a female I would not suggest this gym. It's also not very clean there there's dust everywhere and weights are rarely reracked as should be. read more

I'm a black card member from out of state and been to this location twice and I'm disappointed with the cleanliness of this location. The machines have thick layers of dust on them and they have 3-4 staff members just standing around at the front desk. Very disappointed, especially with COVID. This place is absolutely disgusting. Gym is filthy. During my visit this morning five hand sanitizer dispensers needed refills and several cleaning stations were missing sanitizer spray and/or paper towels. The staff were leaning against the front counter talking and staring at their phones. Wads of gum here and there on the floor. Toilets caked with urine and feces. I don't know HOW they operating this way in this time of covid cases surging again. read more

I would give zero if I could. Why is it so hard to cancel a membership? You have to physically be in the store or write a letter... you can't even email them. Are we in the 18th century? I've also been to multiple locations and they are so individualized and won't even help customers from different locations. read more

BAD location because of management. The employees are rude and on their phones the entire time. Check your bank statement!!! because they will charge a late fee for no reason. Stacie, the manager, did NOTHING to resolve this problem after asking her multiple times. She said it was a "learning experience"....yeah, with my money. Another employee, Dale- I think his name is, refused to give out the regional manager's info saying it was confidential. That was the final red flag. PF corporate thought the whole thing was bogus too, and they helped me sort everything out. Meanwhile, I'm at a new planet fitness location and they're extremely nice and even have their regional manager's business card on their front desk. Front desk is some of the nicest people I've every met. The managers, however, are rude and unprofessional. The facility isn't kept very clean. It seems like unnecessary things are cleaned and not the important things like the showers and toilets. I see them cleaning equipment when the locker room is a mess. I know it's just the staff following what management is saying. read more

Planet Fitness on West Broad Street. I like this location a lot, as I have been waiting for a Planet Fitness to open near my house for quite a while so I was super excited to find out that this one was opening last summer and I was ready to sign up right away. Which I did. Unfortunately, like most of us I didn't go that often but I do like Planet Fitness. I like that you only have to pay $10 a month for a gym you really can't beat that and considering that it is so inexpensive I really like the amenities that they provide. They Have a great selection of machines to work out on , they have a section to do stretches or yoga in and they have a section for when you want to do like a 20 or 30 minute quick work out where has stations in the little lights tell you when to switch stations and by the time you get to all the stations you had a 20 minute workout quick workout which is great!! I love that idea I've done it several times and it really is a great way to condense your workout into something quick ,I highly recommend it. It's very strong three and I would not hesitate to be a member again the only thing I wish it did have was a pool but I understand that $10 a month you really can't afford water and water maintenance that would be ridiculous to expect that but in a perfect world... The staff here are okay. They don't seem to really care all that much. I like how big the place is and how many options of exercise equipment there are. I wish this facility was 24/7 like other planet fitness's. but they are only 24/5. The weekend they close around 8 or 9. If they change it to 24/7, I will change my review. read more

The staff is awesome! One of the staff named Brittany is personable, knowledgeable about fitness, and encourages those to keep them with a smile. She's awesome! The equipment is always working and clean. The women's locker room is clean, looks brand new and well-kept! That's great for ladies. First I called about a cancellation that should have been done on September 30, 2018. Still being charged The Store manager Morgan Lapenski is rude and nasty ! Kept talking over me.
