Infrared sauna, beds and panels are included in your membership. Fitness boot camp and various other classes are scheduled throughout the week for beginners to advanced level wellness enthusiast. My membership spans 8 years. Tone Zone is privately owned and operated by local people. At different times over the life of my membership, my dues have gone DOWN, based on loyalty and number of swipes in! Tone Zone makes it easy but you do have to come in work it to see results!

I'm not a gym rat by any means, and have never really been comfortable on the fitness scene... however, krys has helped me feel at home in the gym here! His clientele range from young kids on school sports teams, to super strong men lifting absurd amount of weights, to folks like me just trying to not be out of breath trying my shoelaces, to 80 year old young men and women who out lift people half their age! For those new to the gym scene, Krys is there to offer tailored programs to ease you into it based on your needs, fitness level, and desired outcome. For those who know what they're doing and just need a place to workout, the gym is fully stocked with anything you need.. just pop in some ear buds and do your thing, no need to worry about people bugging or getting in the way.
