I have worked out for many years and I found Mandy's positive personality and energy to help MY motivation. She has been involved in fitness for many years and has a strong background in gymnastics. Her boot camps are held M, W, F. The classes were absolutely phenomenal. Workouts could help the most fit or be tailored to help the least fit (or injured).
