I know there's a lifetime nearby too but it's so ridiculously overpriced and I don't use all the amenities to validate going there (having been a previous member). I love that wild horse is just a 6 minute drive from the house. It's usually the hardest part of going to workout - getting there, but it's so easy and there's always a parking spot open close to the door (since weather is in single digits!!) I'd say I go during odd hours since I have a hybrid work schedule. 11:30-2pm have 12+ people but it's never too crowded that I have to wait for a machine to be free (excluding today where everyone collectively decided to workout arms like me!) and 4-6p is when it gets a little busier, I bet due to people getting off work and wanting to get their workout in. Machines are clean as well as locker rooms. Towels are always available once you walk down to the floor or hit up the locker room to put your stuff away. There are cubbies where you can quickly stash your belongings as well. There are also jacket hooks in the locker room for colder seasons. The staff are all nice and friendly! The members are too! There's a wide array of machines for every muscle or variations of ones you've probably seen at other gyms. A ton of life fitness machines, free weights, cables, treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, you name it, they've got it! Couples membership is around $130/month plus $100~ sign up fee Worth it to stay or get in the best shape of your life!

Management was friendly when I signed up. Had to re-locate to this one after the one in St. Charles closed down. They only have one power rack (plus a Smith, which I don't count). There's no deadlift platform, nor are there bumper plates. Fortunately, it has been pretty empty when I've gone, so there hasn't been a wait for the one rack. Ideally, though, they would get rid of the single-use bench, (or just move it over by the dumbells) and invest in another power rack like the one by the bathrooms. That way you could squat, bench, or press in both locations (or deadlift, since there's no platform). Oh yeah, of the two barbells, the gray one is in passable condition, but the chrome one is bent to the point that it is visible to the naked eye--so might not want to squat with that one. Overall though, it has worked ok when I've been here, so 4 stars.

Equipment is always available for use, compared to that of Club Fitness or other busy gyms. 5 star gym for sure!

The instructors absolutely offered modifications to ease my foot woes, but my competitive nature didn't want to participate if I couldn't go all out. Fast forward 2 years later, I'm in much better shape physically and I decided to give it another go. The biggest challenge for me this time wasn't the workout itself, but rather to acknowledge my own limitations, resist my competitive nature, & heed alternatives to running - like walking on an incline OR using the strider. I enjoyed Orangetheory so much more this go-around, it's truly a great full body workout. I personally love the built-in variety, since you will always rotate between rowing, strength and treadmill work. Found in the little business center in the THF Valley by the hilton, F45 is a new workout brand to the STL area. The facility is large, with cubbies and sweat towels, along with a few showers for those on the go. Chelsea & Levi clearly care about growing their own community of happy, supportive, enthusiastic members that know each other. Out of 5 workouts I've taken, they've both been there, cheering us on, checking our form, high fiving between stations. The workouts: Alternating between cardio and resistance days, each workout varies from the prior of that same format, moving quickly between sets and stations. For someone new to working out, the number of stations and where to go next may seem intimidating, but there's a video screen showing each move, and where to go next, plus they show the moves before starting. For the seasoned athlete such as myself, I've enjoyed the mix of equipment used in New ways. Trx, pull up bars, rowers, ropes, and even sledgehammers have been some recent accessories I've enjoyed. The equipment/workouts can all be modified for whatever level of fit someone's at, but my recommendation is to know some basic weightlifting terms and form before trying F45 - not that you can't learn them during class, but so you can max the time during each station working instead of learning. So far, the classes have been fun, challenging, & welcoming.

Everything you need to feel great and smash fitness goals all while having a great time . This studio is tucked into the foundry and we all know location is king . Total vibe walking in & I was immediately greeted by Lisa who took excellent care of me during check in , tour , class set up and what to expect . Lisa let me know she was also going to be the instructor. Lisa's experience is immediately recognized as soon as class starts and her cues and modifications are on point ! I must say she's also in GREAT shape and it's always motivating to have a strong instructor. I love the variety of heated and non heated classes , multiple rooms , amenities and strong sense of community here . Each room has its own name and its own vibe . Cycling , Boxing , Fitness, Pilates, battle ropes , barre , Yoga and a brand new recovery room with sauna and cold plunge ! The showers are a huge plus , especially after heated barefoot kettlebell bootcamp . I would absolutely be back ! As a traveler , the only con is this location is not available on the class pass app like other locations in the U.S.

The price is around $115 per month and I started on one of their holiday deals which were super affordable ($1 per month!). It's definitely more affordable than other options in the area. They have a variety of classes like Pilates, HIIT, cycling, boxing. And many of their classes are heated which definitely gives an added challenge. They have good parking and a decent spread of classes at different times. The instructors have all been great, there hasn't been one I don't like. The staff has always been professional and accommodating here. The music during the classes can be pretty loud so that's one thing to be aware of before you come. I'm very happy with my membership and would recommend it to people looking for an affordable, engaging, and motivating exercise membership.

I did barre classes in college, and haven't really found a studio that I liked so I avoided them. But the feel here was very focused on yourself and just improving from one section to the next. Our instructor was so NICE and when she came in the help me, I really (regretfully) started feeling the burn. They have cardio incorporated for their barre, but also have stand alone strength training, and mindful flow (balance and stretching) focus classes. I ended taking another class here but this time it was the mindful flow (balance and stretching) and I broke out into a SWEAT but my body felt relaxed. I absolutely wished they offered the flow class more than once a week bc it was so good for my nervous system. Also - they have a cute area for your littles to hang out while you work out (just book that on the app) Parking lot IS small so just be mindful of the other businesses who use it! They have specials, but I'm going to do drop in classes which come out to $33 per class

I went here with my sister in law and we really enjoyed ourselves! It's a little bit of a trek for me so next time there's a deal going on, nothing unlimited because I would literally never see my husband until late The instructor was so nice, Kelly I believe and the woman who welcomed us in. Very warm, welcoming, totally kicked my butt and I was sore for like 4 days but so worth it!!! I need to get it together and come back!
