I really liked the customer service fellows there on 5/22/26 around 3:00 awfully kind. i like they offer adolescences an opportunity to workout in the summer (keeps them out of trouble) focusing on self-esteem building. All PF do this . Victorville PF is kept up as well as the one in Hesperia. My only complaint is PF needs to purchase larger buildings were kinda cramped in there. But, they are clean which is important to me and have good amount of parking spaces with some offering shade at both locations. I gave 4 stars due to buildings being too small. read more

I sincerely regret having signed up for this gym. The staff is really nice but it offers nothing else. There was no parking spot for me today to even park my car. At 1:30 PM. There was not a single bench or a single machine open for me to get a workout in not one. So I drove 8 miles to get here for absolutely no reason I had to turn around and leave without getting my workout in. If you want a club atmosphere with lots and lots and lots of people. This is your type of gym. If you wanna get an actual workout in please, I'm telling you to save your money and go somewhere else. I will be looking for a different gym immediately!!! read more

Their late night manager at Planet Fitness, Main Street, by the name of Drew was pushy at the front desk, lacked the patience to deal with an issue with my account up to the point that I was told "I could leave". I commented constructively that he needed to "work on his customer service skills" and he responded with a raised voice with a very demeaning comment. When I asked for a manager, he said he was it. Completely disappointed, I stated that he wouldn't be very long, particularly with that attitude. Drew's reply "People have been trying to get me fired for 4 years" with a smile on his face like it was a badge of honor. Attempting to deescalate the situation, I felt it would have been best to handle the transaction with the other employee. Drew declined that option and stated that I can either do the transaction with him, leave or he would call the police. Mind you, this all took place in under 5 minutes, just 0-100 really quickly. I did not yell or use any type of physical threat. I'd actually would like Planet Fitness to post the video. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and actually could put people, with less emotional control , lives at risk calling the police. Just really odd interaction overall. I don't care if Drew's parents are the franchise owners. Drew is not a good steward of the Planet Fitness brand. Saying that, I could not recommend Planet Fitness, especially this location. Lastly, I was a Black Card member for almost 10 years. I've built some good memories there with my family and a very important woman in my life. I haven't been back to this location since the pandemic so it was nice to return with a guest since I have the Black card. The staff we're friendly and instructed me on how to use the app to check in. I guess we came during a busy time because there were a lot of people; however, there were plenty of machines available. The bathroom was clean. I did not use the hydro massage or the massage chairs today but I plan to in the future. The only thing I would say is the stair step machine that I used and that my guest used both had brown paper towels in them so that means they had not been cleaned recently by the staff. Otherwise the gym served its purpose and we were able to get a quick 15 minute workout in. We used the stair machine and the cross trainer elliptical machine. read more

I just want to say i am very happy with how the gym is always clean , bathrooms are a must and irma the cleaning lady she is always on point with that she has them very clean and stocked up. When she is not at work i can tell when i go to the bathroom because of the water in the sink on top or something missing in there . Irma is beyond nice very friendly and always saying hello to everyone . i like that because i dont want to go to a gym where people don't even greet you in She goes beyond that . I also like how the gym has the tvs its totally a distraction when doing cardio the fans are a really great hit to it too, having that water dispenser its a $ saver too i really enjoy filling up my water bottle everytime i go . I like how in the mornings theres mostly every machine available in the afternoon maybe from 5-8pm its a bit bussy but the wait for machines its not much. At first I had no issue here at all. I had fun made some friends here. But then I found out that this "no bully zone" is complete bull. I got approached by this distasteful individual. I was thrown off by how rude they were being. So I brought it up to the staff. The blonde boy was so sweet and understanding. I appreciated his sympathy. But I told another employee to see what can be done... I don't know who was worst. The old entitled white lady who was rude to me. Or this little white girl talking to me like I was 5 years old. And being passive aggressive with me. Instead of listening she kept cutting me off. And justifying the harassment I had to deal with. The lady didn't bother anyone else but me... I don't know if it was the color or my skin or what. We were all using the machines for more than 10 minutes. And she felt entitled to raise her voice at me and try and kick me off the machine. But DISGUSTING to know that they allow this little girl to talk to members like this. And allow this disgusting behavior. So annoyed with the whole "you're feelings are soooo valid.. mmmmm yeahhh" please save me the rehearsed speech you had to practice in the mirror. read more

Awful staff, I went there for 3 weeks straight and saw the same dirt stuck to the walls on the showers, the sink had a thick layer of dirt because they just spray things on the counters and don't actually clean them. Whoever manages this place needs to find another job. I've been to many gyms before, never seen one close the showers during their busiest time, hell I used to work cleaning gyms, clinics, dealership, and it didn't take me 2 hours to clean any room, if anything i was on my way out the building after that long. i walk into the gym and immediately see a worker walk into the men's restroom to "clean it" but they just go and spray sh*t all over the showers and leave it there for hours preventing people from using it, if you take a shower they'll just start flushing toilets nonstop until you're done. Cleaning shouldn't be done during busy hours, they need to schedule their employees better and if their employees think cleaning showers is beneath them they they need to hire better employees, I'm paying for the black card account, not only there's no extra benefit's that make it worth it, but I can't even take a shower before i head to work, I have to drive 20 minutes back home and then 40 minutes back the other way because of their incompetence. I'm not cancelling my account because I'm pretty sure this is targeted and probably racially motivated, so i'm either suing or beating someone's ass. read more

This is absolutely the worst place to get a gym membership. I want planet fitness to know I'm going to be reporting them to the BBB and reporting them for fraud. This crappy company charged me an annual fee when the gym hasn't been open in a year. On top of that I moved to another state. Every time I've tried to change my club, or cancel my membership, I cant. I try to reset my username and password on their website and when it says its going to email me a link it never does. I tried to call corporate and of course they're closed and has a voicemail saying to call your club. I call this worthless club and it can't complete because the line is busy. Who the eff doesn't have call waiting in 2021. Now my bank account is overdrawn because of these shady scumbags. I HATE PLANET FITNESS AND I PROMISE I WILL SEEK JUSTICE!!! Ever since reopening after COVID, this facility has consistently had no HOT WATER in the men's shower. Yes, I've mentioned it to various personnel but it is never resolved. Likewise, the other PF, off of Mariposa in the Cardenas Shopping Center has the same problem. Additionally, the men's locker-room is not vey clean. Gum and other substances are often found on the floor. Come-on people I know you can definitely do much better. read more

Nobody responds, and nobody cares. Front desk staff is sympathetic, but the general manager at this location gets paid while doing the bare minimum. read more

My husband and I were there Monday and witnessed a member threaten another member with violence. "I'm about to throw a left hook and knock your ass out". Management asked him to "tone it down". For two days he's been walking around at the gym bragging to everyone who will listen about how he was gonna kick someone's ass in the gym. I have been coming to this facility since it opened. Pet peeve: I regularly use the yellow circuit room for the 30 minute workout. There are always people in there just using one machine, and then they sit there on their phones. Today i had to get the manager to get two young men to let me use the leg press, the next machine on my circuit. They would not leave when asked. Other than that, this is my home gym and have gotten to know so many people. Very friendly unless you run into these two young men. read more

The place is very clean and I always see the staff cleaning. However the place is very little and there are not a lot of variety in weight machines. Most of the place has cardio machines and half of them are always empty. Smith machines are always taken and can never get in one. Love how all the machines have a QR code that shows you how to work a machine. Staff is very friendly! read more
