It's definitely NOT a room full of people all doing the same thing at the same time with an instructor at the head of the class! I've had a memberships at other gyms where I would know faces but not people. I mostly kept to myself with my headphones on and that's the way I liked to train. I've come to know some really awesome people over the past year at Kri Chay's and I truly enjoy the camaraderie. Lot's of positive vibes!

I had been walking regularly and working on weight loss when I stepped tentatively into my first Zumba class. Truthfully, it kicked my tush but the instructor was so upbeat and so kind - and there were truly ALL shapes and sizes! I wasnt self conscious at all. I came back the next week and a different instructor and she was a bit more of a teacher of the steps than the first and realized that it would take me awhile to learn the routines but I would get it. For the first time in my life I was doing cardio three times a week and enjoying it. Encouraging, non-judgemental, fun, and worth the $7 per class (or $6 if you buy a pass).

As large and open as most locations are, I'm sure that there are some locations that have space limitations. The staff were friendly and helpful as usual. I would suggest perhaps having more cleaning stations. The best part of this location is that they have TWO linear leg press machines! Usually there are at least two of every machine with the exception of the linear leg press machines; there is usually one machine but I've also been to a location that didn't have any.

The work, time, dedication and his effort in going above and beyond with my son has been nothing short of spectacular! EXOS/Boost should be grateful to have him! It started with my son having a back injury after his senior year of football and his doctor recommended physical therapy to get him ready for playing college ball. We started at BOOST Physical Therapy in April. My son was improving so quickly and making great strides through the physical therapy process with Tyler that we shifted into the sports performance training for 3 to 4 visits a week for the entire summer until football started in August. When December rolled around, I purchased 5 sessions for my nephew to train with Tyler for track as a Christmas gift. Once again, Tyler was amazing and improved his speed and technique so much that he purchased more sessions and is still seeing Tyler for sports performance until his season starts. I told my son that I was writing my first review and he said "Quote me, Mom!" So here it is... "Improved my 40 time from 4.85 to 4.67, my vertical from 29 to 34, all while gaining 15 lbs. Tyler takes time to understand every athlete's body individually and improve all categories of movement while teaching you the technique and the method behind it". Thank you Tyler!
