They have a way of keeping your interest for the full 60 minutes. The workouts ALWAYS leave you feeling well worked and satisfied thanks to the mix of different combos. The class schedule is spread throughout the day, with most of the classes fall on weekdays. The facility is nice, there are fans spread around the room with showers and a small mini gym in the back corners. The diversity of members is cool. You've got anywhere from soccer moms, to high schoolers, to 60 year old grandparents. The benefits and gains from this cardio crazy workout are unlike any other. For example, hours are 10-2 for MLK day but there are still classes until 7:45 pm and I can see that people signed up. When I called and asked the Y staff member said "the person that does the schedule isn't here and hopefully he does it tomorrow." 2. Headsets aren't functioning all the time so instructor is trying to scream over sidetrack. 3. Some morning classes aren't offered in the evenings so this isn't fair for folks that work during the day. (Pure Strength and Y Stretch). I'm giving a 3 vs a 2 because I enjoy the instructors but the Y has a lot of improving to do.

Group size varies based on time but usually 5-10 based on my preferred time. Coaches care and keep a close eye on maintaining good form, proper weight selection for workouts, and telling you to get back to work when you want to stop but not in a intimidating way. Young old male female overweight malnourished....doesn't matter. I've never before been at a gym that try's so hard to help you feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. I only write reviews when I'm really impressed so if your thinking about trying something new try this place.

I got this gym membership over two years ago an they won't let me cancel no matter what. I pay $40 a month an before I started I asked what I had to do if I wanted to cancel an they told me it would be a $50 fee an what I owe for the rest of that month. I was 100% okay with that then A year into my membership I wanted to cancel an I've tried everything an they told me I have too pay 3 year worth to cancel. It was over $300 an it's been two years now an I'm still paying $40 a month for a gym I don't go too. Worst gym I've ever had. Do not get a membership here.
