They even had whiteboards with my name welcoming me The staff and the coaches are AMAZING-they bring the energy (and didn't judge me at all when my stats were not looking so good adjusting to the altitude haha). The coaches will correct form so people won't injure themselves AND will push me if they know I can go harder. With the screens showing the workouts in basically every modern fitness studio, I've noticed instructors will rely on those, but they don't do that here (the screens are guides, not substitutes for trainers) which I really appreciate. I joined in April 2024 and my perspective on working out and being healthy has vastly improved since then. With the amazing community, taking camps no longer feel like a chore and the 45 minutes of exercise is like a mindset reset that propels my day. The trainers are topnotch, every single one of them. Each one brings a unique vibe to each camp and they always make sure that you are doing your 100%. The other thing that can't be beat are the childwatch staff. They make sure that your kiddos are being loved on while also having fun. It's a productive area for a wide range of ages where they can read, work on some art and play with toys. Her knowledge of the body and passion for her clients sets her apart. She pushes you for those gains but is great at reading if it's too much too.
