We've been going consistently for about a month, and have enjoyed every trip to the gym. All the staff members are polite and helpful, especially Dakota and Kaitlyn. I love the hydro-massage table pre and post workout, and they have plenty of machines so there's always something to do even when it's crowded. The locker rooms are always clean, there are plenty of paper towels to make sure the machines stay wiped down, and I've actually enjoyed going to the gym for the first time in a long time! read more

They either block or fail to provide audio for Foxnews but CNN has audio and video (for what its worth). This has been occurring for several months despite complaints. Cant get a straight answer or explanation. read more

I purchased a cheap membership after my water heater busted and wasn't able to shower at the house. When I planned to move up to the Dallas area, I went up to the PF location where I had signed up in Nacogdoches to cancel my membership. The girl I talked to said she would take care of it and I wouldn't have any further charges on my account. A few weeks later, I was hit with another charge from the PF location after I had moved. I called and talked to the GM (Garrett) who was snarky to say the least. I told him about me talking to the girl about closing my account and he all but accused me of lying and said that if I closed my account then there was a form I should have filled out (that I was never given). I told him I did not live in Nacogdoches anymore and he said I had to either mail him a letter saying I wanted to close my account or have someone in the area go up there and sign the form for me. I asked him if I would be reimbursed for this charge and he laughed and said they don't do refunds. I had a friend of mine go to the location and sign the paper (after being hassled by Garrett when they got there). I finally got the form filled out one way or another. Be aware of this location and use another gym in the area. I've heard Planet Fitness is famous for this kind of crap. BEWARE!!!! read more

I posted this about 2 weeks ago now and it is still just as dirty. Protein power is always on the floor everywhere and the women's locker room is always a mess. Wish they would take better care of this gym. This club is always so dirty. The tanning areas and the gym are always so nasty. I really enjoy this location! I used to go to a couple different PF's in the dallas metroplex but this one has been my favorite. The staff are all so nice. Typically the people who come in are actually following rules with cleaning up after themselves & wiping equipment down after & the staff are always walking around cleaning up & going the extra mile around the facility. I was nervous it would be busy all the time but there is a good balance to it all & im able to typically use exactly what I want without waiting too much. Glad to be apart of this gym! read more

Let's begin with when you come in the little college girls are too busy on their phone or talking or in the back to check u in. If you're a guest that really wants to sign up don't expect for them to offer a gym tour, to try and get you into signing up or nothing. Since I began no one has been helpful or nice. The ones in Arlington are 100% times better in customer service. Thats why I went ahead and did it online bc they were no help. She even lied and told me there were no signing offers yet I got an email saying it was 1 bucks to start for no contract. Secondly, why does the phone NEVER WORK. Each time they say "oh we were w out a phone for a few days it wasn't working but it's fixed now" but soon as u call it don't work or it ring once and say "no one is available". Terrible club makes the planet fitness in the city look terrible to share the same name w them. read more

The addition of spa equipment to the gym was genius. The hydro beds get me to the gym when I wouldn't, otherwise, want to go. It is well worth the money to have a black card which allows you to use the spa equipment. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Free training is available. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that they are slow to repair broken equipment. There are only a few televisions above the treadmills that actually work, and they have been down for at least a month. read more

Can't be beat! This place is open 24 hours, has all the necessities to get the job done, has personal trainers on staff that offer free services (in case you're not familiar with equipment or the basics of working out), has massage chairs and hydro-massage tables, high end tanning beds, and clean facilities all for $10-$20 a month (depending on what package you sign up for)! What else can you ask for really? I've been very pleased with this place so far and there are enough machines to use (even during busy hours). Also the first Monday evening of every month they provide free pizza and the second Tuesday morning of every month they provide free bagels!!! I attempted to visit your location today and not only left with a very high level of frustration but also as if I was an inconvenience. Spoke with Casey at your front desk who shared she was the manager on site and did nothing to assist me in any way shape or form. While I do not have an app on my phone or a bank statement to show her I did provide her with my name and phone number. My membership originated from a location in Houston and as I shared with her I have never had this problem in any locations I have visited across the country, but she was unable to access my account said she could not verify in any way I was a member nor could she connect with my home location to verify. I pay for this membership monthly and it is not the fault of the end user your system does not interface with sites across the country more importantly within the same state. I am so disappointed in this process This is the worse customer service I have ever received. read more

I know this place is "not a gym" but there are quite a few things missing that every other (good) gym has. There are no hot showers, no scales (a good way to measure your progress), no stair climber, and the heavy free weights (the squat rack, etc.) is machine-assisted. They have televisions on each piece of cardio equipment but there is nothing playing other than Planet Fitness advertisements and music videos. There is no wifi to listen to pandora or update fitness apps. You aren't supposed to wear cut-off t-shirts here, which I don't care about, but every time I go there is a girl with a cut-off t-shirt with her sports bra hanging out.
