I wish I could do 4.5 stars, but yelp has not caught up to that just yet. This place has plenty of racks, bikes, and even a 200 meter track. To seasoned Crossfiters that's a bonus, no wondering where the 400 or 800 meter marks are, we just have to count the laps by two. I am a seasoned CrossFiter and I know good coaching, mediocre and Trash. I only dealt with 3 while here and one was just once. All great coaches!! Different styles but all great coaches. The only reason I am dinging the gym .5 star is the programming. I am not a fan of mayhem and I really don't know why so many gyms follow it. I can see the good to it, but I can also see the not so great to it. It's better than CompTrain but a close second to me in my humble opinion. However this place really does have it all! My review is based on the Zumba I attend there it was probably the best class I have been to in a very long time I am not 100% sure if OTT O has a Zumba class or any class for that matter because I only use that gym for lifting weights and cardio but nonetheless this is a great gym to go and get a great workout in when Otto is closed:) this is my second favorite gym on post:-)

This is the first year my son was with me and joined for a workout and he felt welcomed like family at this box too. The athletes their were incredibly friendly and fun loving. They know that CrossFit is about the community and having fun and you could tell!! To start with, Gary does an incredible job of warming us up and focusing stretching on the muscle groups we're going to hit that day. He takes his time with all of his athletes so nobody feels rushed. During the PVC progression to teach hang squat cleans he took extra time to ensure my son had proper form. He also believes in "time under tension" with the PVC to ensure proper movement before any weights are added. By the time we started he WOD everyone was sure of the movements and the workout would progress. We all pushed each other since it was a team workout on a Saturday. Afterwards we all helped each other clean up and put away weights. If I lived in the area, their is no question I would make this my home box!! Highly recommend them for personal trainer, local gym, group fitness classes, or even nutrition planning. If you also need supplements these guys can help you out too!! If you're driving through CrossFitters, make sure to drop in, you won't regret it!!
