When I arrived, I filled out a waiver online and paid the $25 fee for a 1 day (24 hours) pass. They've got lots of cardio (rowers, bikes, treadmills, etc.) equipment as well as free weights (dumbbells, olympic rack, and various bars) and machines. In addition, there's a room where various classes are taught. I might have been interested in a class but my timing didn't work out. Overall it was a great experience so Fitness On Broughton could probably meet all of your workout needs.
