A bit more than I normally pay but worth it to be able to drive only one mile from the rental property. Not only did the gym have everything I needed for my powerlifting workout but the staff was very friendly too. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located to a few shops and restaurants too. I'll definitely be back when I return to NC.

This is not a huge gym by any means, but spacious enough to where you don't feel claustrophobic, and definitely enough to get in a great workout. They have all the basic essentials: dumbbells, cardio machines, cable machines, free weights and barbells, etc. I would definitely swing by again the next time I'm in Oak Island.

I love the app and how easy it is to schedule my classes, I go 5 times a week whenever my schedule allows. The instructors are attentive and focused completely on each class member. I am not one that loves to exercise, as for me, most programs are boring! Club Pilates engages your mind and your body for every move so time flies when you are there...you have your own reformer and equipment and it really does feel like a personal training session. After surgery on my shoulder, I found better mobility from the classes and my hips don't hurt every day!! It is very restorative! I highly recommend for every body and every fitness level!! Today while working out in Brandon's 9:00 class, a new person came in late to get the free trial workout. Even though there was no class scheduled at 10:00, Brandon worked out with the prospective member at 10:00 solo. If this isn't customer service I don't know what is!
