I know I know..... It is surprising why I would eat at Planet Hollywood in Paris. Yes I can eat this at home anytime. We just left Disneyland and we were super hungry. The issue was the restaurants inside Disneyland closes super early like 5:30. Paris Disneyland is not like American Disneyland. We left Disneyland after the fireworks. OMG super crowded trying to exit the park. We didn't want to deal with the crazy rush on the RER. So we decided to eat first and then take the RER back home afterward. Portion size here was huge. Only issue was the prices are the same back home except it was in Euro. So it costed more here. Decor looked the same as the other Planet Hollywood locations. I got the BBQ ribs with fries and B got the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. My ribs were very tasty. Just the way I expected it back home. The presentations looked nice too. Restaurant got busier at night. I am guessing more and more people wanted to avoid the rush hours on the train. read more

Service was bad food was just ok. I mean what do you except from A Planet Hollywood?? But there's not that many options in or around the Disney parks. They didn't check if we had a Covid pass which they were supposed to do and some of the staff were wearing their mask down ( not over their nose) We ordered the Caesar salad and the nachos. The Caesar salad was mostly just lettuce and very oily and the nachos were just OK. It took us a long time to get service and no one really came to check up on us.The vegan and vegetarian options are limited but so are all the other restaurants in the area. read more

Came to eat here after a long day at Disney. The service was incredibly quick however the food quality wasn't the greatest. I had the ribeye steak with green beans and mashed potatoes. The sides were good however the steak was full of fat blobs (more than a normal ribeye) and very tough. It was a very bad cut of meat. My wife had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. The burger was soso but it didn't have more than a drop of sauce on it. I also orded a titanic cocktail. They must have made a mistake as it tasted like it didn't have a drop of alcohol in it. The best thing we had was hands down was the side ceaser salad. With a kids meal added in, the bill came out to 90 euros. While I expect Disney prices, the quality was not worth it. read more

We came here for dinner on a Wednesday evening. They don't take reservations, so be prepared to wait at least half an hour at the bar. They have a DJ who is spinning some music and they show movies on the TVs in the back to keep you occupied. If your table is ready, they are calling your name out over speakers. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries, a pulled pork sandwich with fries and the kids menu with a cheeseburger, fries, drink and ice cream. My husband's burger came out medium rare as ordered and he was quite happy with it. His fries also came with a garlic mayo on the side that was really tasty. My son's kids meal was OK, but the burger was really tiny. My pulled pork burger was underwhelming. The meat was not very flavorful. I had the feeling it was not prepared onsite but bought somewhere else and just warmed up. Service was good. Our server was really nice and attentive and he deducted the discount from our Infinity pass without any issues. read more

We had a very delicious lunch here at Planet Hollywood. The food was decent and the drinks were good however the service and how they get everyone on the waitlist / seated is chaotic. It is a very busy restaurant especially being the closest restaurant to the parks in the village, but if it's not too long of a wait it's a pretty good dining option. I came here for dinner on two occasions so far. The place is really popular and was a full house. In terms of food, besides the small number of salads it's mostly just fast food like burgers, pizza etc. although they do have a few ok options like pasta and salmon with rice. We had the teriyaki salmon with rice and a a veggie burger to share. The salmon was not bad, but the burger was basically a potato cake in a burger bun with fries, and it was very greasy. The service was pretty good and they took our photo which was €15 altogether for both one photo and a key ring. It's very child friendly and there is a gluten free and kids menu. Better than the Planet Hollywood at Orlando Florida. Service was faster, photographer was great, and hostess was welcoming. I usually eat here at destination spots when possible. While it is typical cuisine from America and not French, Disneyland itself is the US in Paris. With that being said, this fits right in to the Downtown Disney or Disney Village, whatever they call it at this location. This place gets really busy ... You can wait at the bar or check out the gift shop while waiting. But if you don't check in on time you will lose your reservation spot. read more

After a long day at Disney we were hungry, and Planet Hollywood was right there. Excellent location. I knew that it was going to be expensive right off the bat so I wasn't flabbergasted when I saw the bill... The staff was friendly, but from the entrance you could see the place was dated. We were brought to the basement dining room, and it was like being in a time warp back to the 70's and 80's. They have all sorts of goofy shit on the walls and ceilings, and there's a huge wall with celebrity cutouts staring at you. The newest celeb was Will Smith circa Independence Day and I could only name about 5 or 6 other celebrities that were on the wall. Anyway, there was so much junk everywhere that you couldn't feasibly dust it or get the cobwebs off of it. The whole place reminded me of Captain Spaulding's death ride in House of 1000 Corpses. The tables and chairs were old, rickety, and long overdue for a dumpster. The walls need to be repainted, and the whole place needs an extensive cleaning and remodeling. The menu was all over the place. Pasta, pizza, burgers, BBQ, fish, etc... making it difficult to pick something. I eventually chose the BBQ ribs. Unfortunately, they weren't great... the "silver skin" was still on them, and it didn't look like it had been scored. Lots of tallow and little meat. I actually got sick at the hotel after eating them, and my wife and kids had a difficult time eating their burgers because of how they were constructed. Before and after dinner one of the staff comes to your table to take your picture. They print out the pictures on goofy key chains and other similar items then try to guilt you into buying it for a steep price. I can see how this was lucrative 20 years ago, but everyone has cameras on their phone now so it's totally pointless and kind of annoying. The only saving grace to this place was our waiter. He was outstanding! Everyone else was nonchalant about even being there, but our waiter was professional and super friendly. The whole experience was a total dumpster fire. TV Land is cute, but this place is more like a funeral service for 60's and 70's tv shows. There is potential to be like The Hard Rock Cafe.... but it's just terrible. Anyway, for a price that I knew was going to be high to begin with, we had poor quality food in a place that needs to be torn down and remodeled. I don't know what they do with the money that they make there, but it sure doesn't go back into the restaurant. 1 Star... and that's being generous. read more

I been to a few Planet Hollywood locations and this is by far the worst. Their idea of nachos is pathetic. No meat, no jalapeños, no salsa, just chips, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. Did I find America's number one beer there (Bud Light) HELL NO!!! Not even Coors, or Sam Adams. And the prices they're charging for this "Wannabe " American grub...OMG...get a second mortgage to pay for it! Until they decided to make it a "real" Planet Hollywood, AVOID!!!!!!! read more

I've always wanted to go to Planet Hollywood and see what all the fuss is about, however after now attending I cannot say that there is any need for me to return. I expected it to be a little cheesey with good American style food, however the decor was so far past its sell by date that I felt like I was in an old people's home and the food was below average to say the least. The staff weren't as fast as they should have been and spent a lot of time gathered together chatting. So much so that it took them nearly fifteen minutes to bring over water after we asked for it, and it was near enough impossible to request the bill so I ended up having to go and find our waiter and ask him to bring it over. It's a different experience for those who have never been, however after spending the day in Disney Land and wanting an exciting evening to follow, this was definitely not what was expected. We came here for dinner on a Friday night and had no wait at 5pm. Europeans eat later so if you arrive earlier you'll have a better chance of not having to wait. The menu has options for everyone, my husband and I are picky eaters and we had lots of items to choose from. I had the spaghetti pomodoro and my husband had lasagna. The kids menu is better than some other restaurants as you can order a la carte rather than the full meal, much better for families with toddlers or light eaters! The kids chicken tenders left something to be desired. My food was great as was my husband's. Service was fast, friendly, and great English. Cobwebds hanging from the ceiling, toilets clogged and I spare you the details, my spare ribs were cooked dry, big slab with some types of french fries. Was OK-ish but far below the once-grandeur of Planet Hollywood. Come-on, manager of this restaurant, get your act together. They probable have most one-off tourist so maybe it is not a big problem for them in terms of turnover, but I have had the privilege to visit multiple Planet Hollywoods around the world and for sure if this was my only experience I would never step foot in one of them again. read more

Can i give service 5 stars, food and atmosphere 1? Cause seriously. My waiter was trilingual, friendly, attentive. I could go on and on. Atmosphere? I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs 'shut up' for every parent yelling for their screaming kid to sit down. If one kid wasn't crying cause she didn't get her way, another was having a meltdown for some stupid reason and there was zero discipline. It's like i was in America all over. Food: got the southwestern salad. Had about 1 chicken tender diced up on a bed of white iceberg with canned beans and canned corn. They didn't even drain the salad, so when i finished i had a lovely puddle of water. Dressing is a peanut dressing. Peanut...really?! On a southwestern salad?! Aye yai yai. The burger was cooked to requested temp but it had no seasoning and the bun was dry and falling apart. They seem to include 3 different kinds of French fries in their basket, only one style of which was actually cooked properly. If forced to, eating here won't kill you but it's not good. The prices are very high for the lack of quality considering it would have been cheaper to eat in the Disney park. We are in France it's not hard to make a decent pizza or steak. The quality wasn't even as good as preheated home frozen food. Visited Disneyland (Paris) this summer. While it was great experience at Disney, the Planet Hollywood was a terrible experience - super rude manager, slow servers, poorly cooked food, overpriced. No communication skills, so rude and unprofessional employees, management is disrespectful person and a racist who think it's ok to offend customers. My husband and I came here for my birthday/his birthday and we dearly missed American food (since we are now living in Europe). So we decided to go here. 100% just like home and the service was wonderful! Our server was interested in where we were from and why we are living in Europe (now Italy). This is another great branch of Planet Hollywood, located just inside the Disney Village. They serve the regular menu of delicious American Food. My personal recommendation is the LA Lasagna - it is lasagne with a twist. The lasagne is in rolls, with breadcrumbs. It is delicious! They have great burgers too, and lovely drinks. I love the milkshakes. Also, the desserts are brilliant. This is a great restaurant for a break from the Disney parks, with good service. read more

It's planet hollywood... you know what you are going to get. However, after a day at the park and REALLY bad tex-mex in Frontierland, the food here was amazing. Good burgers, good beer and it is so loud that no cares/notices that your kids are having total melt downs... because every kid in the place is. Best decision we made that day. Great day at D-land but horrible experience at PH. 4 of us, Tues night, 6:30pm, 20 minute wait time (not so bad), 15 minute wait to get served (but really, we had to wave down our server). Ordered food, asked for waters and 2 juices, food came out but only brought the juices that were room temp. Asked for a cup of ice to chill the juices and literally got four ice cubes in a cup. Our server never asked how things were, we finally got him to come to our table after we were done eating, and we asked to: forgo the kids menu desserts, bring water for us and our bill. He eventually did but brought one glass of room temp water that the four of us shared. We saw him chatting it up with tables around us, bringing ice waters to other tables who arrived well after we did.... we wasted 1.5 hours there most of the time just waiting to be served. We had to pay cash because we wouldn't be able to stand waiting any longer for a credit card transaction. When we left I saw our waiter rushing to our table counting all the bills and coins we left, as if we shorted him!! That's the fastest I saw him move tonight!!!! He actually owed us dessert as part of the kids menu!! Great thing our last experience on our one day at Disneyland was the fireworks/illuminations show!! But please note, you might get lucky with a few really great waiters that we witnessed there--attentive!! read more

We went here ironically, as we love to read the terrible reviews of the chain wherever me and my family go. This was my first time at one, so I was expecting a shit show. A glorious shit show. What we got was an average night out eating food that ranged from bad to good, and subdued ohhh and ahhs from the fam as we saw props from some of our favorite films. We picked out three dishes, one that couldn't be messed up, one that could be a 50/50 crapshoot, and one we knew was going to be terrible. Turns out, we got what we expected. The spaghetti was actually pretty great, and, while overpriced, was the highlight of our meal. The fajitas, which were also crazily expensive, were fine, but were presented very poorly. The worst thing was my dish, the Mac Attack burger (which I'm guessing was a pun on Mars Attacks, a movie that failed almost as bad as this burger). The burger wasn't juicy, wasn't flavorful, overstuffed, and was on a non cooked bun that fell apart immediately. The decor is fine, but the paint job is atrocious. It's like the definition of tacky. Fake clouds, zebra printed walls, Golden Arches, everything. Everything is also really poorly lit, with no color, and blinding white and yellow bulbs. Felt almost like a Costco. The service was almost non existent (the place was understaffed), but warm and welcoming when eventually arrived. I don't drink, but the two others in the group do, and said their drinks were actually pretty tasty, and the coke I had was the perfect syrup-soda water mix. The props were cool, but were terribly placed. We sat under a mannequin of a naked man sleeping, and across from a crudely hung guillotine. The props, as well as the rest of the restaurant, were dusty as hell. Looked like no one had cleaned the place since it opened. Overall my experience was good, but that was more because of the company I kept, and not because of the restaurant. read more

If this is what the french believe American food is all about no wonder they hate us. This was by far the worst food we had in our week in France. After a long day at Disney, we thought we would grab a quick bite at a restaurant that was familiar. We have been to many Planet Hollywoods in the states and have not been disappointed. This however left a lot to be desired. We started with the nachos. The chips around the edges of the serving plate were burnt and the cheese was not melted. There was barely enough pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole for an eighth of the platter of chips. Needless to say we did not get off on the right foot. My son's kung pao pasta was the highlight of the meal but it was served with ramen noodles .... the kind that you get in the packages in the states and they take 3 minutes to cook. Yuck. My husband ordered the fajitas and was quite concerned with his choice after the nacho escapade. Although they were a step up from the nachos, the chicken was dry and cold ... far from the sizzling platter wee are used to. I played it safe with soup and side Caesar salad. The salad was your basic but overdressed. The soup was awful. Overly salty and a combination of beef and chicken broth that was not tasty at all. The most concerning part was that it was quite obvious that I had not eaten my soup and the waiter made no mention of it as he was clearing the tables. If you are looking for a taste of the US while in Paris.... do not go to Planet Hollywood. read more
