Horrible experience. As a first-time car buyer, I went in hoping for guidance and fairness, but they took every opportunity to take advantage of me. I made it clear I didn't want a co-signer, yet they kept pressuring me and even had the audacity to say, "Do your parents not care enough to co-sign for you?" Completely unprofessional and offensive. I repeatedly explained my budget, and instead of working with me, they were dismissive and condescending, basically implying I was naive and would never find a car in my price range. Their tone and attitude were unbelievably rude, and my friends who came along were just as shocked by how disrespectful they were. This dealership clearly doesn't care about their customers, only about squeezing as much money as possible out of you. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Avoid at all costs. read more

stay away!! run!! they have ruined our lives!! bought a van they knew was not in order to run!! kept going back to their mechanic for things we thought were minimal which in fact was not! they kept saying ohh yea van is good to go cross counrty no problem!! i was sold a lemon for 30,000 dollars after 32 days it left us stranded!! needs 15,000 of repairs! head gasket, motor etc!! yea a salesman does lie a bit to make a living but what they did to us is unimaginable! all we wanted to do is buy a van to work to make a living! not for pleasure but to work so we can eat! needlessly to say! they ruined my credit etc due to selling us a van that they knew was not worthy of buying!! do not go here you will be sorry!! read more

I bought a 2018 Nissan Titan about 2 months ago with an extended warranty. Within the first week the transmission started acting up. I called them and they pretty much told me OH WELL! I took it to Nissan and they told me it needs a new transmission! They also told me the dealer KNEW THIS WAS happening because there was brand new transmission fluid and the Codes for the failing transmission were cleared more thane once!!!!! Do not I repeat, do not purchase your car from this dealership. Here's my story in 2022 I purchased a Nissan Sentra, SV 2018 from planet motors I can't put into words how upset and disappointed I am with this dealership first when I got my car it had a blown out speaker and they told me that for the first month everything on my car had warranty meaning the dealership would fix anything I found broken for free so I go to the dealership and I tell them my speaker is blown out the driver side to be specific and they tell me that they don't have it so that I would need to buy it and then they would install it mind you this never happened at all my speaker is still broken and that's not the end of it. Turns out the price they gave me my car for is way over the market price I mean extremely over! The Nissan Sentra has a CVT transmission and normally average from $6000 to about 10,000 and I didn't know this while purchasing my car guess what price they sold it to me for $20,000. This is insane! I will never ever be shopping with planet motors again. Also, they said if I made all my payments on time, then after a year, I would be able to go back to the dealership and swap my car for another one, but I ended up having really bad mechanical problems with the Nissan so I decided to not go back, even though I was going to, they are not even reliable when it comes to mechanic stuff on the car they don't fix anything they just sell you the car as it is. If you buy a car from here, just know you're gonna be putting money into it mechanically they don't care about you don't care about their clientele. All they care about is selling they don't care about you at all as a client. mind you at the dealership I was told my loan was for five years. It ended up being for six after I got the paperwork for my car. They even lied to me SMH I fell for this dealerships trap don't fall for it you GUYS! read more

Incredibly Unbelievabley Terrible Experience. Went in to negotiate an online price and they did the old "Bait and Switch". Manager said "Oh that's the price after you put $3000 down... Ha Ha Ha... (not funny) I called him out on it and he did the usual song and dance. I put the advertisement in front of him and that is when he called me "stupid" and some nonsense about getting an iPhone for one dollar, he might have been drunk, I don't know... Then he started yelling "Get The F*ck out of here, Get The F*ck out of here!!!" As as I was leaving continued to curse and blurt vague schoolyard threats at me all the way to my car. Incredible... I do have to say the regular staff when I arrived were exceptionally polite. read more

this was the worst place i have ever been to in my life. we purchased a 2018 ram promaster with 43k miles. the oil started leaking the next day and the engine light would not turn off so i called the dealership and advised them. we took it to ram dealership close to my house. well... they sold us a car with hallowed out catalytic converters, no thermostat as well as many of the parts being from salvage. guess what.. now i am stuck with a ram that i can't drive until i fix it because they can't do anything about it and my factory warranty will not cover. extremely bad business practice. don't ever go to this place. they are thieves!!!!!! read more

If I can give them a zero I WOULD! False advertising via infomercial night after night. Gave false hope. They said they would approve any level of credit but refused to even ask me for a down payment. I thought they would at least give me a number, and worse case scenario, send me away. The salesman looked inexperienced and bewildered about what to do. It must have come from management for him to just scoot us along. The place is very unprofessional with home furniture, cheap, broken, scratched up desks and chairs. Each office had a giant glass window where you could see other clients staring in your face as you make your deal. The cars were newer than expected and definitely not affordable for used cars. Don't believe what you see on TV and don't waste your time going to Planet Motors! read more
