    A Car

We just purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition Max from Leslie at Enterprise Sales. It was the most easy, fast and efficient purchase we've ever done. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail. We were involved in everything and she made buying a car not stressful. The customer service was Amazing. Management especially Rita has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is good with our purchase. We 100% recommend going to Enterprise Sales in west palm beach for the purchase of a car.

Excellent and very informative much better faster and offer you much more for your car than CarMax…read more They explained to me that my payoff as I saw it was not my payoff if they purchased it for me it would be less as they didn't have to include taxes etc. I thought my payoff was $18k and once they logged into my finance company it was actually $16,7 They offered me $16,4 so I only had to come out of pocket $300 to get rid of a car. Amazing deal I did not end up going that route because the Cadillac dealer offered me another $100 so I walked away from the car only paying $200. If I waited to turn the car in after end of lease I would have owed one more $600 car payment plus $2800 because I was 14,000 over mileage plus a down payment for the new car. So thanks to Car Drop educating me on my options I walked away winking. . I highly recommend them.

Final Update: Your response doesn't change my experience…read more The same vehicle that you described as having "thousands of dollars" in undisclosed issues was later inspected by CarMax, which offered me $4,500. That alone speaks volumes. Your entire response is based on your opinion of the vehicle's condition. Another national buyer evaluated the exact same vehicle and reached a very different conclusion. My issue has never been that you inspected the vehicle, it's that the preliminary expectation changed dramatically after I made the trip. If the vehicle truly had the extensive defects you describe, that should have been communicated more accurately during the appraisal process instead of after I arrived. This will be my final update. If you're looking for a car, go see Austin Heenahan at AutoNation Chevrolet Greenacres. Seriously…read more He went above and beyond from start to finish and made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Austin was responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me get exactly what I was looking for. He didn't play games, didn't apply pressure, and followed through on everything he said he would. That kind of experience is rare at a dealership. Huge thanks as well to Edward in finance for making that side of things quick and painless, and to Dana Moore, the sales manager, for helping bring the deal together behind the scenes. If you want a dealership experience that actually feels honest and easy, ask for Austin. You won't regret it.

My experience with Autonation was really poor. I bought a car there and they said they had recently…read morechanged the oil. Less than a month later a large warning appeared on my dash saying the oil pressure was low and to pull over immediately, so we did. We let the car cool down and checked the oil. It was completely empty. We took a picture of the dipstick which I'll add here. We called for a tow truck to take it back to the dealer since it was under warranty. While we waited, a man who stated he was a mechanic offered to help us. He checked the oil again with the same result. When the tow truck arrived and he saw it was going to have to be driven onto the flatbed, the mechanic told me to go in the store and purchase 5 quarts of oil because we shouldn't even turn it on without oil. He then filled it for us and the car was towed. The next business day, I was contacted by Autonation and I described the problem. Going forward, I had a very difficult time with communication. My texts were not always answered in a reasonable amount of time and questions were left on read. The link in the text messages leads to a video showing the car is on a lift in the shop, but no information about its condition was given. Eventually I went there in person and spoke to a manager named Chris. I explained the situation and he apologized about the lack of communication I was receiving. He stated that it says in his system that an oil change had been done before I purchased it but that there may have been a simple human error and the oil had mistakenly not been refilled. I asked if they had check the engine for damage since I had been driving around in it for the past month potentially without oil. He said that there was no way to do that without taking the engine apart completely which wasn't an option. It was a polite exchange, but I still have concerns about the health of my car going forward. Chris asked me to leave the car an additional day because it was near closing time and he wanted to look into everything before I took the car back. The next day I received no communication. I repeatedly called and eventually spoke to a man named Scott that transferred me to Robb. Robb said he didn't know anything about it and he would have Chris call me which never happened. Today I went in and asked for Chris. I was told he would be contacted for me. I waited for probably an hour before going back to speak with him again and that employee was no longer there. In fact, every drive through cubical in the service department was empty. I stopped random people with name tags who all told me that they would locate Chris, but then seemed to just go back to what they were doing. No one was at the service desk. Eventually I saw Robb who said he would find Chris. A few minutes later, he opened the door to the waiting room and told me the car was being brought out for me. As I stood up to ask him what was going on, he let the door close and quickly walked off. I went outside and looked for Robb. A short time later someone else drove up in my car and asked me if it was mine. I was given my keys by someone who had no idea if I owned that car and I left. I was given no paperwork. I will be taking my car to my regular mechanic to follow up.
