I purchased my usual cart. When I opened it I noticed that it was missing 1/4 of its oil. This has never happened before so when I walked back in to replace it with the one that isn't missing oil. Sold me a burnt vape, then doesnt want to refund or switch out. Even though it came burnt from manufacture company. Don't shop here bc if you get an issue with that product they won't help. I've been a loyal customer since this place opened their doors, and for the longest time, they were my go-to spot. Everything just worked: fantastic flower selection, friendly security team, and staff who actually knew what they were talking about. What really set them apart from other New York dispensaries? They've got their own dedicated lot - not shared with any other business - which is huge since there's no street parking in the area. Plus, they skipped the typical loud club music that seems mandatory everywhere else, and their pickup system was always smooth and efficient. After exploring hundreds of dispensaries along the east coast, this place had earned its spot at the top of my list. But today's visit? That's another story. Their new point system is confusing. The budtender told me I was sitting at 40 points and this purchase would bump me up to 50. Later, when I checked my rewards through some web browser that's supposedly linked to a wallet (yeah, it's as confusing as it sounds), it showed I actually had 67 points. Make it make sense. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, the guy helping me seemed more interested in having a solar panel conversation with the customer behind me than handling my purchase / understanding of their new rewards system. Great first experience! This location is very professional looking and has a good parking lot. The whole store has an outer space/alien vibe, it looks really futuristic. You walk in and there is a man at a little desk check in station where he checks your ID. Then you can walk into the store, they have a iPad device set up where you can browse their selection and place an order. You can also talk to their bud tenders for any questions. The wife and I tried some ice pops that you put in your freezer overnight. These were pretty good and new to us, I haven't seen those before. You can pay with cash and debit card the sign said. By far the worst experience I've had at a dispensary if not any establishment for that matter. I went into the store looking for help and suggestions. At the time there were only 3 other people in the store. It took 10 minutes just for anyone to ask if I needed any help. I asked a few questions regarding brands that friends told me about and I was immediately dismissed with the employee saying that they were "garbage" and was pointed in a different direction. Needless to say i took their advice. When paying I was offered a discount for leaving them a good review and sharing a photo and tagging them on my social media which I declined to do. I am not a fan of these deceptive practices as it makes it impossible for us to know what's real and what isn't. i mean the reviews were one of the main reasons I decided to stop by here only to find out that the majority of them are probably fake based on them offering discounts for reviews. I probably should have left right at that moment but I digress. I ended up purchasing 3 of the vapes that they recommended. Fast forward 2 weeks later when I opened the third one and it doesn't work. When I returned to the store they told me I probably didn't handle it correctly and they were not willing to exchange it. I have been ordering from here for months. I also have been in the store for purchase. This place has ZERO respect for their customers. In particular TOM!!!! One of the MANAGERS at this establishment spoke to me over a concern I had with their attempt of a delivery like absolute garbage. I placed an order last night to be delivered this morning from hours of 10AM to 12pm. At 10:10AM this morning my order was cancelled and they charged me 25$. I called the manager who had left me 3 voice mails. He was nasty. Kept trying to speak over me before I could even finish speaking and ask my question. When I was finally able to say someone was outside trying to take it from their driver whom I received NOT A SINGLE CALL FROM. Nor did they attempt to knock on my door or ring my door bell. The manager TOM decides to tell me he called me 3 times and because I didn't pick up he canceled it. This man JOHN called me at 8:45AM attempted to get me to buy more product, spend more money saying it was a deal and better for me. I have all the voicemails and time stamps to prove this. The next two calls occurred at 10:07 AM to warn me of cancellation told me he would wait a few more minutes. again at 10:12 AM telling me the order was cancelled. I was confused by this because at 10:05AM the order was trying to be taken in to my uncle who also offered to run up stairs and get me as well. The driver said he was calling his boss and the MANAGER TOM had already cancelled my order and charged me the 25$. I called to complain was spoken over and to like trash. His excuse without any apology is I tried to call you 3 times and it was 10 minutes not 5 that the driver waited. This to me is disrespectful and completely unnecessary I am the one who lost out when he driver made no attempt at contact. TOM did it through the driver. No one was able to communicate properly and I should have been able to atleast explain myself express my frustration for the incident and be told they are sorry even if their isn't anything they can do about it now because it wasn't handled properly at all. Getting defensive to your customers showing no comparison nor understanding not even a desire to just listen to the issues a customer has is all the things a MANAGER does not have the luxury of. It is the MANAGERS job in particular to make right these situations and or at the very least hear us out so we actually want to spend money there again and not spend time doing this. read more

Warning don't go to Planet Nugg, Farmingdale, NY. I decided to go to Planet Nugg to try it out. Upon entering. I was asked for Identification despite the obvious fact I was old enough to buy their products. I produced my Driver's License and handed it to the Planet Nugg employee. He immediately, without my permission, put it in a machine photographing and scanning it. I complained. saying "What are you going to do with all my personal information?". He said it was necessary to prove who I am. which is obviously a lie and makes no sense. This infringement on your right to privacy is unethical and possibly illegal. If you don't mind your personal information being documented and saved for whatever use Planet Nugg wants. Which they won't tell you. Go there then. But don't let them get you like they got me.
