I called ahead to ask if they had a particular kind of organic tobacco in stock that we use for prayer offerings and they answered the phone on the first ring, plus they did stock that. When i got there they did indeed have it and that gives it 4 stars as it's not easy to find. Street or lot parking and right on the main drag, close enough to the highway to make the stop on my way in and out of town. The salesperson was funny and super nice. They have a bunch of other stuff in the clean store as well as tons of empty cigar boxes if you're looking for a project or fift idea- just paint them up! read more

This is a nice store and the gentleman behind the counter was very accommodating. The selection of cigars is great. The reason for 3 stars vs 4 is the prices. WOW are they high! They're some of the highest I have seen in the NY/CT area, and I am from CT. I like the Olivia V and O cigars, but put it back on the shelf when I saw it was 20-25% higher than what I am used to paying. I didn't look too much after that so I am not sure about others. I would stop in again when I am here on business, but only if I am in a bind. read more

the prices are average to high, but the guys who work there have a basic disrespect for their customers; they are condescending, rude, combative, ,and outright militant! this isn't just one time, it's most times! I sense they have an underlying hatred of Americans so i winder why they are doing business here. They charge extra if you use credit cards -and do it in very odd way- the extra charge is not on the entire, transaction- on a per item basis- for example cigarettes are 30 cents more per pack - so two packs cost sixty cents more if paying by credit. Tthey pretend to be polite, but it's plain that they don't like their customers- they just want their money. It truly feels like they just cant stand Americans.. There are many hardworking espectful small business tobacco shops out there- this just isn't one of them! i choose to give my hard earned money to shops that treat people right, not places like this. i wont be shopping here again, and can't recommend that anyone else shop here. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. I purchased a vaporizer from here, at which time I was informed by who I later learned was the owner that there is a piece that needs to be replaced every couple of weeks. The first time I went in to purchase the replacement part, a kid who was working sold me the wrong piece. No big deal, I went back and got the correct piece. Then today when I went in for the piece again (2 of them) a nice enough older gentleman sold me the wrong pieces again. As I tried to install one of these pieces the tip of it broke off. I called to tell him because I couldn't get back there for several hours as I had a meeting for work. He said he'd tell the guy who'd be there. When I got back there, I explained what happened and asked if the gentleman had told him about it and that is be coming in. He didn't even respond, he just asked "what happened to this piece?" Referring to the broken one. I explained that it cracked off while I tried to install it, as it was the wrong piece. He said said "you bring it back to me the way I gave it to you." I explained that he was being extremely disrespectful and that this was the second time I was sold the wrong piece. He then called me "crazy" and gestured as though he wanted to fight, taking everything out of his pockets and saying "what's up then?" I asked for the owner and he said he was the owner; "Malik." This man has no idea how to interact with people and is absolutely horrid and offensive. I will never frequent this store again, and I will warn everyone I can about Malik and his horrible disrespectful business method. read more

Man ..i thought this place was good . Stumbled upon it . guy working there was knowledgeable nice and friendly .Went in decided to try A hand rolled no brand nicaraguan cigar it was great ! Definitely would go back! Im a big cigar smoker i thought it was a nice place to pick up some sticks. Place is clean too i like that! read more
