Some of the funniest, some of the deepest, some of the most knowledgeable conversations I have had. They have a minister, a chef, retired firefighter, salesman, ex-military and more. It sounds like the start of a joke, but some of the best I have had the pleasure to meet. If you are looking for a good cigar, or a place that the cigars are secondary to the people you meet, this is the place! The owner is a great businessman and even better man! Hanging out here offers you the opportunity to escape the stress! I can't give more than five stars, but this place deserves it!

They have the fine/"upscale" cigarettes and a pretty good cigar selection too. Don't think this is a pipe or smoking lounge though - it's not. It's purely for sales, but the staff was good while I was there and they even said I could buy cartons of cigarettes from them, or they could order them for me... which is great. I have select tastes in tobacco since I'm a very occasional smoker, so it was good I could have a place that caters to my sometimes weird whims.

The shop owners are very friendly and take the time to listen to what you are looking in order to match you up with a product that best fits your needs. They are not pushy in sales and let you make your own decisions. They simply offer suggestions and educate you on the differences between each product they offer. They have a very large verity of vapes and a wide selection of glass. When I have had issues with a product,(battery stoped working) they offered a special deal on a new replacement. Great customer service. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to all my family and friends who vape.

Well, Jason replied almost instantly, but he said he was forwarding my request to someone else due to a certain question I had. So, I emailed him back to ask him to answer the other questions. Been waiting over 45 minutes for ANY of them to reply. When your sales agents are this complacent, it costs the company sales. That's what it did with me, and now I'm taking my business elsewhere. All 3 questions were simple questions that could've been answered in less than 15 seconds each, so I really didn't appreciate being put on the back-burner like they could care less about me as a potential customer.
