For example I asked for no banana but substitute Acai as I already ate a banana today. Mile had no clue what I was asking and wanted to know what kind of Acai??? I said the same kind you add to drinks up on the board. She said I would have to pay extra (you do not at Tropical) so I said OK. I paid and saw the banana going in and no Acai. So do not expect anything but the exact ingredients on the board. Sad but at least I know to grab my Tropical BEFORE my next visit.
