My wife got their house soup (wanted Pho but they weren't serving it that day) and it taste like Campbell's vegetable soup...not good. The chai tea was good. They didn't bring our sushi appetizer out so not sure how the sushi is. The waitress was nice but only one waitress for about 12 tables. The location is great and the place was busy so I assume other types of food are good there and maybe they were just short staffed that day. The folks from CA and WA had a different experience than we did. We arrived for lunch at 1 pm looking forward to the buffet which was to end at 2 pm. The staff was happy to seat us and sell us the buffet but the trays were mostly empty or old/cold. We asked that the food be replaced and some trays were refilled. The service was non-existent. I read previous reviews and they were pretty accurate. The food was good but the service left something to be desired. My date and I were there almost an hour before we finished our appetizer and waited an additional 20 minutes for the rest of our meal. We ordered the Vietnamese Rolls and the Shrimp Tempura appetizers. The rolls were full of lettuce and very little shrimp. 10 minutes after receiving the rolls the waitress brought us a shrimp tempura roll....not what we ordered. Another 10-15 minutes later she returned with the appetizer we ordered. My date ordered the Natchez Roll and the Trinity Roll. She reports they were okay but not the best she's ever had. I had the chicken pad thai and the big momma roll, The roll was fair but the pad thai was very good. We weren't blown away but we will definitely return to try other items on their menu. read more

Large variety of sushi & it's good. The basil chicken noodles are delish and very spicy. Service sucks, food usually takes a while & is a little bit pricey. Everything we tried was good. I wouldn't say the best I ever had but good. I enjoyed the appetizer sampler the most. Basil Chicken Noodle was good, could have used a little more flavor. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the fact that imitation crab was added to dishes that said they had crab in them. Great food and service! Didn't expect to find a great Thai place in Natchez but it surpassed expectations

My husband and I are not picky or high maintenance... and our experience was terrible. We got there not too long after opening and put in a to go order. They were busy, there was an event in town, and were told there would be a 20 min wait. After 45 min we asked the server and she said that she didn't know and couldn't go to the back to ask (???) After about an hour we said we wanted to leave and then she offered us beverages. We waited a little longer and asked another server. He would give us no estimate, just said he didn't know when our order would be ready. It total, we waited about an hour and a half (it was our anniversary and we were trying to just sit and talk and make the best of it). We needed up leaving with no protest from the servers. It was really terrible service with no attempt to help us understand what was going on. Seemed like a dysfunctional work environment. Complete waste of time. read more

I was very impressed with this restaurant. I ordered the Pad Woo Sen and spring rolls and it was absolutely delicious. The only thing that I found strange was the description said lump crab meat so I assumed it was fresh crab but instead it was imitation crab meat. Nevertheless that's doesn't change the taste. Worst dinner I've had in 20 years I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and fried wontons chicken and wontons were over cooked to the point of being hard and almost non palatable the one cup of sweet and sour sauce was not adequate to cover the chicken that was crunchy and cold the rice was less to be desired and I paid $21 for something I could have gotten better at popeyes chicken. For an entree, I had the spicy crab and shrimp sushi with crunchy top and it was probably the most meat in a sushi roll that I have ever encountered. It was very filling. This place was honestly the biggest surprise of our entire trip. We had the Pad Thai and spring rolls and sincerely loved every bite. Now I would have given this place 5 stars because the food was so awesome!! My husband and I are from Az and we really didn't know any good places to eat until we came across this place. We had the sesame chicken and the cherry blossom rolls and I highly recommend you trying those two dishes if you are a first timer at that place like us. So here are some of the issues we had at this restaurant. As we walked in we waited a couple of minutes to be seated, in which the gentleman who seated us put us in a corner away from everyone and was at a table that was really meant for 6 people. Really? There were some other available tables that seated just two people and there was even room to put a high chair for our daughter. All I could think about that was "what the heck?" I really felt isolated in a way or as if they intentionally did that; but I will never know. Anyways then some girl came up to us in broken bad english asking us what we would like to drink, we replied with a soda brand of our choice. One minute later we are given a "souvenir cup" filled with ice and a can of soda on the side. Again, freaking really??!! I looked around and noticed that everyone else has normal restaurant cups with their drinks in it yet my husband and I get these cheap-y cups with a warm soda can and are charged $4 for both of our 1 soda can each. What a freaking rip-off and we didn't get a refill because we worried that we would get charged extra for another soda can. After receiving our drinks, that lady tells us that our waiter will be with us shortly to take our order. After looking at the menu for a couple of minutes, the same lady comes back and asks us if we are ready to order. Wait a minute, I thought this lady wasn't our waitress?? After that thought I just brushed it off and ignored it and I ended up explaining to her that we aren't from around here so we are still trying to decided what we want to eat. Shortly after explaining, she showed us the menu a little better and gave us some sushi recommendations; in which I was very grateful she helped us with that. About 5 minutes later a male teenager (I am assuming is our real waiter) Asks us if we are ready to order in a monotone and non-cheerful voice. I explain to him as well that we are from Az and that we need another minute to figure things out. Because of that he seemed flustered in a way and in a snobbish way asked if we needed a recommendation. I informed him that we didn't so he ended up just walking away to do something else. After a couple of minutes we finally decided what we wanted and the same lady that helped us earlier ends up coming by and taking our order. After waiting for about 15 minutes our food finally comes out and we chow down on some really delicious food. While eating we only get checked on once by the boy waiter in is "not so happy" attitude. After we are done eating, we wait for about 5 minutes or so for our check which was received from the snobby waiter (my husband and I call him the snob because he kept on snickering around us, having a slight smile, and a little chuckle, as if there was something about us that he deemed funny). I really do hope he didn't do anything to our food. Anyways, after paying we left with our cheap quality souvenir cups with a happy tummy yet a disappointed experience. The food is ridiculously priced and the decor is really cheesey. There were random pictures of Natchez and random pictures of Asian stuff, it really ended up clashing and not looking so good together.
