Hasmig has been an absolute god send. To be clear, I am a BIG planner. I had an impressive excel sheet, if I do say so myself, with layouts, budgets, due dates, vision boards, etc. BUT as I realized on my wedding day, there are a million an one things that you would never imagine that can go SO wrong. She got additional help to elevate our wedding while also being so much more cost efficient than any catering service we considered. She was the biggest life saver the month before and even more so the day of. If you're even considering getting a coordinator, GET HASMIG. IMMEDIATELY. Our venue and facilities managers were complete nightmares and I don't know how we would have done anything without her. We have referred her to all of our friends who are engaged. 10/10. I don't even know where to begin. Jasmine was amazing. I met Jasmine over a year ago when I first got engaged. I'm did a google search and she was one of the first company's listed. I held countless interviews with many different wedding planners and jasmine stood out from everyone else. She came with me to all of my venue scoutings and asked questions that I didn't even think about asking. When I finically decided on all of my vendors, she looked through all of their contracts to make sure everything was good for me before I signed it. I am so grateful for her. When the week of the wedding came, she meet with me to grab all the things from me that I needed to have at the venue so that I wouldn't have to worry about carrying them. She called all of my vendors to make sure they were all confirmed. The Wednesday before my wedding, both my photographer and videographer cancelled and the company I went with had to find me replacements. She confirmed them and reassured me they would be there and if not, she always had back ups. I was so relieved. My wedding was a series of two days. I had the tea ceremony and rehearsal on Friday, which she was a big help with. The lady at my church was a real pain to deal with, but Jasmine was there to deal with it for me and made sure everything I wanted was set to go. The day of my wedding went so smoothly because of jasmine. I'm so glad she was there every step of the deal. She dealt with all the background stuff so that I wouldn't have to and could enjoy myself. I was fortunate to have had Hasmig (Jasmine) be our planner/coordinator for our First Annual Gala for a non profit organization we started about a year and a half ago, EsperanzaProjectIE.org. Hasmig met with our Board of Directors, listened to our wants, concerns, and budget. Hasmig helped us get organized in thoughts so much so that she helped us structure our program and gave us instruction and direction on what to have in the ball room to keep our guest busy with their eyes. We listened and made notes of what we should have on the tables such as donation envelopes, photo props around the room, where entertainment should be, food choices, what to raffle, just to mention a few things that we discussed. It took us several hours but never made us feel rushed. We were scared to say the least, but our event was successful. Guest were impressed, they danced enjoyed the food and entertainment and best of all we kept it in our budget and we were able to reach our fundraising goal. Thank goodness I contacted Jasmine to help manage my party for 100 people. The first thing she did was schedule a meeting to review the contracts I had already signed. She quickly pointed out that nine large tables at an event where we weren't serving dinner was silly. She reconfigured the seating to make it casual cocktail with smaller tables, couches, benches...very intimate. She also arranged for security and managed the valet during the party. AND IT WORKED!
