We trusted them to deliver and they stood us up on the day of the event, leaving us scrambling last minute. I cannot fathom how amazing of a job Alex did for my wedding. We hired her last minute and despite her busy schedule she made everything work. WHILE PREGNANT!! There's actually a photo where you get a glimpse of Alex as I'm walking down the aisle after she had just chased the end of my vail to ensure it laid out perfectly. I only know this because I saw a short clip of her doing so. I'm endlessly thankful for her and for making time for me on such short notice. She really really can do it all and the truly makes every vision possible. Don't let me forget about allllllllll the things she provided for us for our wedding. As others have said, Alex is a life saver! I rented a tent, tables, chairs, and linens from her for my mom's 50th birthday. She answered all my questions and was always a phone call or text away. On the day the rentals were supposed to be delivered, I asked her if it could be done the following day instead and it was no issue at all. The day of the party it was really windy and the tent was moving too much, but she made sure someone came out to secure it some more. Finally, when it was time to pick up the rentals, the party was still going on with no end in sight. I was allowed to keep it until the following morning. All in all, Alex was very patient with me despite all of my requests. Whatever you need, she will work with you and see it through.
