I accidentally put a steak knife through my thumb and knew I needed urgent, but not emergent, care. I held firm pressure on the cut and drove myself the 19 miles to IEP. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. Lucky for me, there was no one waiting. That NEVER happens, especially to me! But Heather checked me in and made me feel so much better about my situation. There was a sign stating that there was only one practitioner working that day, but truly, I was seen in no time, by Ainsleigh, PA extraordinaire!!! She made me feel at ease, as I had never had stitches before. Before long, I was out the door with four stitches and an updated tetanus shot, happy as a clam that I had chosen to come to IEP. If you need an Urgent Care Center, and you are are an understanding person who respects what these lovely people are trying to do for you, even if you have to wait, please give this place a try.

I personally never had issues here but I also never go to the hospital. I do know many have had issues here in the past. The Quality of care never seemed to be that well. I know family members never left here feeling helped.

As a family member of someone who is a patient at this hospital, I can't say enough good things…read more The nurses, doctors, techs, etc. Have been nothing short of amazing. I chose to stay the night with my partner and they treated me with the utmost kindness. Offering me anything I needed to keep comfortable. Made me a bed, brought me water. They even brought me coffee in the morning. We went to U of M 2 days prior to this stay, and when I say we will forever return to Henry Ford instead- I mean it. I am impressed with the experience we've had here. Staying at the hospital is never fun, but they have made it truly pleasant. Thank you
