I was a extremely drugged but I do remember my IV nurse Gertrude (I think) something with a "G" and my anesthesiologist Dr. Double, and my recovery nurse Tammy, being the greatest. Gertrude got my IV in with no problem and just talked to me. Dr. Double laughed with me and made me feel so relaxed. I was super nauseated after I woke up and Tammy was very patient and didn't rush me to do anything.

My PT'S, John and Taylor were extremely knowledgeable about my condition, supportive and responsive to my input, and tailored a rehab program that in 3 months had restored my ability to perform several every day physical tasks that I had significant difficulty with. Never informed of a charge! 4 moths later I get the bill! Office manger Terry extremely rude. Said it was my fault for not checking insurance (BCBS) then hung up on me after I asked if there was a solution to the issue! Unwilling to listen or seek a possible solution!
