I just went here for a mammogram for the first time this morning, and I was pretty nervous and…read moredreading my appointment. But the staff and technologist here made an annoying uncomfortable experience almost a cakewalk! When I walked into the lobby, I was promptly checked in and directed to the Women's Imaging area, where I was asked to change into a robe. The tech then took me in the back, and I was done within about 15 minutes. The tech was lovely, patient, and accommodating. She was very professional and helpful, too. And after I got home, I got my results within a few hours just by logging into the portal! I now have a clear report to discuss with my doctor, and I will return to Zwanger for the follow-up ultrasound they recommended. Thank you to all the staff at Zwanger Pesiri in Stony Brook for a wonderful experience! I will definitely continue to get all of my imaging done here, and I highly recommend this place!

I am extremely claustrophobic and suffer from anxiety,Kevin the MRI tech was sympathetic to me and he took his time with me. Tina the office manager went above and beyond for me she was even going to sit in the room and talk to me while I complete my exam .From the moment I walk into the place the front desk was very friendly and attentive to me .The compassion and kindness the staff of medical arts showed was unremarkable .I would like to say Thank you to all of the staff for being so patient with me and helping me .

Came here for MRI -staff at the desk were rude and slow…read more-technician was rude and condescending -after my scan was done I was told to wait 10 min for a copy of the cd which actually took 40 mins I'm assuming because they forgot to actually do it until I said something. I would suggest whenever possible to go to the medical arts radiology in patchogue they are wonderful.
